The rude lady that was assigned to my case in this East Moline location tried to use IRS scare tactics on me. She made it sound as if there were no hope unless I paid her. Ridiculous, avoid this ripoff place completely....

David is the man! I usually do my own taxes but this year was worried about some life changes so I made a last minute appointment. Even at 8PM, the staff was friendly and David was extremely helpful. He was patient and honest, and gave great advice. He made a stressful situation into a pleasant one. Now if only there was a way to get more than $2 on my federal return but that’s not his fault. There’s others we can point the finger at this year.Anyway, go here and if you see David tell him I said Hi and the website is doing great!

Was charged $270 for a half hour appointment to file one w2 for $3500 and a random interest statement for $14. The $14 income statement cost me $115 because of a state filing fee and additional filing income. Do not go here.Oh the additional income? $6 debited to me! So definitely worth filing, FOR THEM. Didn’t even bother to remind me that you don’t need a w2 for anything under $600.

Yeahh..Yeah... avoid this place! Anyone can Google how to file a tax return and I paid for a "professional" who sat there and Googled EVERYTHING! STILL haven't received my get it right refund ?
