My wife and I are traveling across the USA with our two dogs, pulling a fifth wheel in our 2022 GMC 2500 HD AT4. We broke down on the highway and had our pickup towed into Green Chevrolet as they opened up on a Saturday morning. Rob the service manager not only worked me into his already busy schedule, but also lent us his personal vehicle for use while we waited. Rob's team quickly diagnosed the repairs needed and commenced. An off-duty tech named Kyle even came in on his day off to help clear codes on my emission systems.
I would give this team 10 stars in I could. They took care of me like family at a time when I was vulnerable and in a position that some less scrupulous folks might see as an opportunity.
i will be forever grateful and if I lived in the area, this dealer would have all of my future business.

Tyson and Rod Rose are terrific managers. I have bought several vehicles over the years from Green. Their brand of personal touch and care are the reason why I recommend them to anyone buying car. Their service department is convenient and there for all of your service/warranty needs after the sale. Rod has gone above and beyond to try to help with all of our concerns. His time, his genuine sincerity really builds trust between customers and the dealership. I know I won't be taking my business anywhere else based off their treatment of me alone. Seth Their EV manager was extremely knowledgeable as well. He took the time to answer all of our EV questions helping us make an informed decision. Ashley Jones was absolutely phenomenal to work with and did absolutely everything she was able to do to get me to go home in a 2024 traverse that I absolutely am in love with. Probably the best experience I have had buying a car. I worked with David Sparbel and he was amazing. Saw a car online I liked, visited with David over the phone and by text. He went through all the history of the used car I was looking at and took any concern I had about driving the 75 miles to look at the car. It was exactly as he describe and the purchasing process was no pressure and hassle free. Thanks David!!!

Still have not received any paperwork or word on what was done to my vehicle or if any of the things I had asked been done. No one returns my calls. Very unprofessional. Vehicle was worked on back around June 19th.
