Went to purchase a used car we had been talking to the salesperson about for a week. The list price had gone up $500 during that week, and they were unwilling to budge on price at all because it had only been on the lot for 9 days (but they never took care of the open recall we had talked to them about during those 9 days). So I went to another dealer got a newer, certified car that had been on their lot for 1 day at a discounted price! Don't waste your time going to Green.

Truly a terrible experience. I called on an expensive car I really wanted. Was dealing with a great sales guy, Tony Williams. He is the one who went to bat to get me a good price. The next day Tony was off so I dealt with his sales manager, Rod Rose, to finish the deal for him. We had an agreement on price, cost of shipping, form of payment, easy, took only a few phone calls and a few texts. Rod sent me the contract. I saw that he had snuck in an extra $500 on it to pay for CPO certification. Not terrible on a $50,000 car but I wanted to discuss it. Next thing I know I get an abrupt text from Rod saying "sold to another buyer, good luck finding your car." Later Rod admitted to me that after Tony worked hard to get me a good price, Rod told all the other salespeople about it so they could call their prospects. One of them did, brought a deal to Rod while Tony had the day off, who okayed that deal and screwed me and Tony. While you'll find lots of cars at Green, you won't find much integrity either as an employee or a customer. Take your business elsewhere.

This is the worst. Typical bad rep dealer, makes sale, end of story case closed. All of April I received several follow ups and helpful narrowing information. The beginning of May I got the truck, haven't heard from a soul since. I drove 2 hours to get to this place, which isn't very easy getting into for first timers by the way, and I'm not quite sure the reason but I was instantly delayed and patronized. I wasn't allowed contact or even approached by the managers, and the salesman got frustrated and impatient during price discussions often. It's almost as if they not only didn't want me to buy from them but they also didn't want me to get the best possible deal? Surprising? The truck was initially presented for delivery as pictured. Unfortunately they had the truck I wanted, somehow all the belongings were stripped out of the truck prior to delivery including the floor mats. I didn't receive any information or demonstration about operating the vehicle or any of its features upon delivery. At the end of the day I'm mostly disappointed that I drove home not realizing the trucks middle tray was also missing. The sales guy claimed he'd mail it out the missing tray, right after my documents were signed, still holding my breath. Bad rep for the Green name as well as Chevrolet and General Motors.

I went in for an oil change. The lady at the counter upsold me to get my brakes done. I went for it, because I knew that they were old. After I get my vehicle back (and a very expensive bill) I have 1 more warning light then I went in with. They broke my tire sensors. Now my front passenger and back passenger tire sensors don't register anything. Thanks for nothing. I'll be avoiding this particular place in the future.

I trust Rex at Green Chevrolet to help me find the just-right car and so far, they've done an excellent job with the purchase two company vehicles (Ford Transit Vans), the lease of a company car (traverse), and my wife's car, an Acura MDX! Obviously, this is more than just a Chevy/Cadillac dealership! They take the time to find the best solution at the best price. Their customer service is the best I've experienced ANYWHERE. And I've lived all over the country.

The service department is only concerned with maximizing the amount of money to be separated from a person with car troubles. Whatever you do, don't have your vehicle towed there, they'll sit on it for a week or more and charge you big money to tell you it will be bigger money to get it fixed, and this is if you are a long term customer, imagine if you aren't.
