WORST bank experience I ever had in my life! Went in with a bunch of ones, walked out with them never to do business with them ever. Long story short, I wanted to cash in ones, asked the man behind the counter if I needed an account to cash in ones, he said yes, so I said I guess I have to open an account. To which he replied "well, we aren't going to open an account to cash in your ones just to have you close it!" WOW, way to assume, this isn't the only time I'll have a stack of ones. Go somewhere else! Manager was nice over the phone, but it will do nothing to change that guys attitude! Still not happy about this interaction a week later!

After the merger my account was over drafted I can't see my statement to even figure out why. The online banking info they sent me didn't work I had to create a new one. I spent over 2 hours on the que on the phone trying to get ahold of someone before giving up. I'm EXTREMELY dissatisfied with the new company running things.

Ive been with them for a while but the last few years it just seems they like being lazy closings early not answering phones i think i will find a diffrent bank who OPEN when i need them to be not close the drive thru 4 hours early SMH

Absolutely love my bank! Everyone is very helpful and friendly! If I don't understand something or don't recall a transaction (the employees have no problems explaining it to me.)

They hold cash deposits till the following business day... THAT'S MY CASH! I deposited cash to pay a bill, now I'm facing cancellation charges and late fees. Not to mention the interruption of my internet service, when I have the CASH in my account.. horrible bank policies

Great bank, friendly and professional service. I set up an account last week with Maggie P. And received a handwritten postcard from her thanking me for sitting up my account with FMB. Thought that was something way more personal and special than how other Banks have corresponded with me in the past. I'll definitely tell my friends and family about this.

Horrible bank. Members in the staff would not help me resolve a problem they created. They also are unaware of affiliated companies they are associated with. Lazy and not worth the stress they cause! If I was you stay away from all First Midwest Banks all the staff are trained to do the least amount of work possible.
