Went to help my dad get a new phone . It took a while but was satisfied with the visit. Thinking about switching to boost myself cant beat $40 unlimited compared to my 300 for 2 lines.

Is anybody at this location that actually wants to work. I sat right in front and called 3 times while there were NO customers and still no answer. Its sad when you have to be rude just yo get proper service. Plus, are these people properly trained?? They dont know how to apply the Ebb/acp program to your phone line, or is it that they dont want to so youll have yo keep paying $50 mo. This is by far the WORST boost mobile in the Quad Cities. Shut it down!!!!

Do not allow them to change the sim card. Said mine needed upgrading but I was left with a inoperable. Phone refused to correct the problem. Clame was boost problem and boost claimed it is dealers responsibly to provide a working phone. Niether one will correct the issue or return my calls

I went to get the ebb I was approved for and the lady tried but I couldn't get it. It's sad when I have been approved for this service. She gave me a sim card and it still doesn't work. This program would really help me to save money which I would have for my groceries but I have to have a phone so I ended up having to pay the $50 in order for my service. This is suppose to be free and if I had it I would be so much free to buy my grocies. You need to train for better service

They over charge you for services, if possible go to the other two on the Ave *of the cities*. They don’t charge to put add-ons under $20.
