I've rented a few storage units over the years from Superior with no issues. Clean units, reasonable pricing, and great customer service. Will continue using them whenever I have a need for storage.

Everything is easy, facilities and grounds are always kept clean. Management is always responsive. Auto payment set up and receipts emailed like clock work. Doesn’t get any more convenient.

I have stored a could of cars here over the year and I know several friends who have as well. Extremely well maintained facility. They were always very accomodating with any questions I had. I highly recommend!

I have rented a climate controlled unit with Superior Self Storage since 2004. Every time I have opened it, everything is in the same condition as I left it. No water, no mold, no funky odors. The facility is top notch! It's clean, well lit, secure, and you can rent moving equipment right there! James has always been quick to respond to any calls or emails from me. He is helpful, kind, and takes excellent care of his customers! I challenge anyone to find another place to store their belongings that gives as much value as Superior. It's the only place I trust for storage.

Very disappointed. 1st time renting a storage unit. Needed a temporary storage unit to transition on our move from selling our house, just for a month. Very bad experience that might be a unique case. The units we were on got flooded. We lost quite a few things from water damage, anywhere from mattress to pictures and miscellaneous things. If we wouldn't have gone to get something the next day, we would have never known and no one let us know. we were able to save a lot. Just feel sorry for the neighbor units that after a week were smelling pretty bad, prob if they haven't been there still don't know of the damage. Been first time users had no idea we needed insurance and was never offered or made aware. No help was offered from owners except a couple free boxes when we went to purchase them to replace the ones we lost. To add to the damage a late fee for not checking out, even though we got out a day before I believe that might be my fault since I thought it was just leaving the unit. So first time storage users be aware you might be storing some valuable items or memories and be gone with the rain. Just added an extra headache to the stress of moving.I really hope this was a unique instance, but if you know anyone that uses this location might want to let them know to go check constantly.

Came here to pick up a Uhaul today and it was listed as being open from 9-12 (Saturday). Waited around for 1.5hrs and still no one showed up even though the window says open from 9-12 and today was not the second Saturday it was the 3rd Saturday. The office was empty and no one was there. See attached photos.

I have been with Superior over 15 years...James is very helpful and consider him a friend...I highly recommend anyone who is looking for a storage facility to give Superior a serious consideration.. you will not be disappointed!!!

Let me first start out saying I wish I would've rented from James at Superior Self Storage the first time around, and here's why. My family and I recently relocated to NC, and we needed a total of 2 trucks over two separate trips, and without knowing I made my first mistake by choosing another trucking company for the first truck rental only because I didn't know about Superior Self Storage at this time. Long story short the truck I reserved from a competitor was not available at the location that was agreed upon, nor the time agreed upon. I lost 5 hours of my time that morning on calls with the vendor trying to locate another truck for me, and driving to a much further location for pickup. I then went and read reviews of this said company and it appears this happens more often than not. Do yourself a favor and go with Superior Self Storage to avoid this unpleasant surprise during very stressful time from happening to you. As mentioned above I needed a second truck to rent, and went with James at Superior Self Storage and rented a 15' truck with a car carrier. The truck was ready at the time and location agreed upon, and James helped load my car on the carrier, and made sure I was comfortable loading and unloading, and strapping down before I left. Next morning we started loading the 15' truck only to find out we needed a bigger truck. I'm sure this has happened to many others before me, and now feeling the pressure of time slipping away I made a call to James who was able quickly locate me a larger truck. All I had to do is swap out one truck for the other. After successfully loading the truck and car I was ready for the drive to NC the next morning. About 9 hours into my drive I had the right rear inside tire blow out on the truck. I pulled over and called James who at first wanted to make sure we were all ok, advised that I need not worry about any costs associated with the tire being fixed as this is a covered item, and then advised that I contact the 800 road side assistance number located on the contract, and that they would be able to help. I did and they were able to assist, and had me up and running again in little over an hour. All of this said I would be happy to use, and refer James and Superior Self Storage again should I ever need their services.
