From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Brian, the owner, with such warmth and professionalism. He took the time to understand the damage to my car (let's just say it wasn't pretty) and explained the repair process clearly and concisely.
Throughout the entire experience, Brian kept me updated on the progress and was always available to answer any questions I had. He even went the extra mile by working with my insurance company to ensure a smooth and hassle-free process.
But what truly impressed me was the quality of the repairs. When I got my car back, it looked brand new! The paint job was flawless, and every dent and scratch had vanished. It was as if the damage had never even happened.

Outrageous pricing. Minor paint damage, their quote $1,700, dealership price $250. Obvious rip off attempt.

It took them a month and a half too repair my vehicle and when I got it back I have been back 6 times first my bumper was separating from the car. I go to the car wash and the felt around my keep coming out, I took back to them and they tell me well I need to contact your Insurance company. They said I have a lifetime warranty on the work they did. So NO I referrer anyone to go there.Service: Body & Trim

Did business with Tim Schmidt on two occasions. This facility is TOP NOTCH in every way.If you want an excellent repair facility, this is the place. However, if you are the pushy, in a hurry, type of business client I would recommend a less capable facility.David A Quandt

My car was towed in here after an accident and even though the insurance company ended up marking the car as a total loss and they didn't do any repair work for me, the people there were friendly and very communicative. I hope I won't have to use them in the future but it's good to know there is someplace local that I can trust.

Although my car ended up being totalled, Tim was very nice and understanding. They took off our plates, making it easy to get the rest of our things. He kept us informed of our repairs and called when new quotes were provided.If I am ever in need again, I won't hesitate to call on their services. Thank you

Brought in my Subaru after the front bumper was damaged by a rock on the highway. Had an issue where the wrong bumper came in and it took about 3-4 more days than expected but not the end of the world. Got the car back and there was an issue with the bumper not sitting properly and the inner plastic fender was cracked. Thankfully they were able to order a new fender liner and replaced it for me. Despite those issues the final product was satisfactory.Service: Body & Trim
