“This was by far the best experience I’ve ever had in a UPS Store. Normally the energy I feel when I walk in is negative, crazed, low. When I walked in today Kyle greeted us with a big smile and was friendly. Kyle was able to help us overcome a few obstacles and get my paintings packed and shipped. I was at the FedEx store just prior and they did nothing to earn my business. Kyle did and he deserves a lot of credit for having that kind of get stuff done attitude!”
“Wow what an amazing awesome wonderful experience I had dropping off a package at the FedEx Office located at 2513 W Schaumburg Rd. I was met by the nicest kindest man and his name was Brent. Brent was able to direct me to where I needed to bring the package I had for him to tape up and put the label on.
He noticed a slight damp spot on one of the corners of the box and asked me if there was going to be any issue with shipping it. I just thought that was a keen observation and a very gentle way of asking if I was sure the package was ready. I assured him it was fine.
And handed me the receipts for me to track the package to make sure it got to where it needed to go.
It's not often you meet an employee who is genuinely kind and puts the customer needs before his own !

“The owner Siddhi was absolutely amazing she helped me to print out some very important documents. I had went to two other locations the equipment was broken and customer service was terrible and line was long. Not this place the owner managed to attend to myself and several other customers without missing a beat all while taking calls from customers on the phone talk about multitasking everyone left happy that because they got everything they wanted done and were in and out.”

“Not really sure of all the bad reviews. Never had a bad experience here. Today was the best. Made an appointment for by kids to get passports, or so I thought I did, the man that helped us was like, not a problem I'll do it. He told me where I forgot to hit confirm. He was so nice. Even the ladies working here seemed super nice and friendly. We were in and out in about 15 minutes. Thank you Streamwood post office for making my kids first post office visit exceptional!”
