Where the old crew at I never had a problem with rentacenter until now. I was told I was getting my TV delivered today didn’t get it didn’t get a call but blow my phone up for some references to call or for auto to be set up I did that in the store but now when it time to deliver my tv it’s a problem I never had to mandatory sign up for auto pay. They never had a problem with me paying. Now that they talk to a reference I still didn’t get my tv at all or a phone call telling me why. This is so unprofessional like for real for real next time I will go to the one in Elgin they are more professional. I wish I would’ve looked at the reviews before I went there other then that I would’ve passed them up in right to Elgin

Company absolutely hot garbage....complete liars heard 3 different stories in 3 days ever sense then changed management / owners about 2years ago...run while you still can...management down to employees complete garbage...an I was 13 years or longer but will never buy anything again piece again

Still don’t have my products and I paid for it like almost a week ago and it was supposed to be delivered on the 7th it’s the 13th and I have nothing I’m extremely dissatisfied I’ve left multiple messages and no response back. I feel that I’m getting ripped off cause I’m going to get charged again for something that not even in my possession. Like where is my product? You guys should be giving me a big discount for messing up and ignoring my messages nvr in my life have I dealt with something like this I just want my products I’ve already paid for

We got a couch set about 4 months ago and when the couch was dropped off it was broke. Back was bent, 2 of the recliners don't work. Was told they would be back before the end of the night with a new set. No one showed. We called and Vallery which let me say is thee most unprofessional person you can speak to and lies through her teeth said there wasn't another one available. We told her so you expect us to pay on a busted couch and her words were " IF YOU GET A BAD CAR YOU STILL HAVE TO PAY ON THAT." So we held payment until we spoke with Marcus who said up and down how unprofessional Vallery was and he would make it better and infact there is the same set in back and he would have it delivered as soon as possible. Well weeks went by, moth went by always an excuse why we couldn't get our furniture so we quit paying let me tell you they find away to come to your house and pound on your door your windows etc. They deffinatly want that pay ment though and do not care if they if you are paying for a broke couch. So here we are 2 weeks after paying them in full and them harassing us calling us everyday all day, showing up at our home we still don't have our new couch. They were suppose to call and still nothing but I bet that want that payment friday. Well if I do not have my furniture I am putting a lock on my gate with a chain they can bring me my couch or they will not get a dime. Worst place never do business with them.

Been waiting for over 2 months to switch my couches since the charging ports don't charge properly. Claims they can never get ahold of me but everytime asked to verify phone number its always correct. If my payment was not received im sure my number would of been working on their end. I was told finally my new couch would be here today but when i called to see when i was told they need to find people to move it. The fact they dont bring it inside or set it up but charge for it is bad business. I won't be using this company in the future.

I contemplated on renter a bedroom set here at this location but I changed my mind. Because of this pandemic that they have going on they said that they do not set up what they bring. They just pass it to you at the front of your door and that someone else would have to set it up. I have a problem with that considering that that service is included in the renter agreement. Yet they don’t deduct that particular service from the fee purchase. That’s NOT good business at all. When I called Aaron’s renewal they still come in and do the set up, they just make sure they wear their mask and shoe covering if asked! I suggest you think twice about this location!
