Went over, in detail, how my vehicle would be repaired with Mario at the shop. I even asked for pictures of the car while it was in the paint booth to ensure the vehicle was properly prepped. It wasn't. They took every shortcut. The dent that was supposed to be repaired is still visible, the lettering was about a foot out of place, they replaced my non-damaged logo with an oxidized one from another random vehicle, lots of overspray. They reattempted to put the lettering in the correct location, but it was still about four inches off (just "eyeballing" it vs. actually measuring). When I explained to Mario how every aspect of the repair was wrong, and that he did not repair the vehicle as we had agreed, he accused me of "just not wanting to pay". Also, their "warranty" is just a notation of the area that was repaired on a hand-written receipt. They are in violation of nearly every section of the Illinois Collision Repair Act (815 ILCS 308/1 et seq.). Avoid.

I give this shop a 5 star on my review. They did an amazing job on my car! I highly suggest them to anyone. I had a big dent from an accident and now it looks like nothing happened.

I couldn't be happier with the repairs they made to my Elantra! I was in an accident that damaged both of my driver's side doors, and they made it look like absolutely nothing happened. Reasonable prices, fast and easy service! I would recommend them to anyone!Services: Painting

Highly recommended this shop. Go see Mario. Someone left a nice dent in our F150 door. While we were not happy to see the dent, we were happy to find this shop. We have never needed paintless dent removal before so were not sure what to expect. Mario gave us a realistic estimate, was honest about what we could expect from the repair and got us in fast. The dent is gone! Cannot tell it ever happened. Very happy with the result.

My door couldn't be opened and to get the door off it had to take off the quarter panel and release the latch, overall things that only a professional could do. Replaced my door and fixed the frame of the wheel well, matched the paint and it looked good as new. Gave a low price for fast and excellent service. Photos of before and after. I was in two accidents with a semi rear damage to my trunk and another accident in the front of my car. octavio went above and beyond contacting my insurance, always being on hold for so long but he stayed on top of everything and always kept me up to date about everything. gave me honest advice and recommendations. very kind and always respectful. i knew they were going to be trustworthy since the beginning. i will be going to this body shop in the future and will tell everyone i know how great experience i had. !! thank u !!

We had the exterior rust removed on our two hummers the quotes were very reasonable, the workmanship was excellent, and the vehicles were completed on time. We are extremely satisfied with this auto shop, and will have additional work done in the near future.Very Satisfied Customers

Took my car here to get an estimate, never got one. A month later I asked for it again, I was told it would be done by the end of the week. Never received one. I took the time out of my day to bring my car here, the least they could do if they weren’t going to provide an estimate is tell me instead of wasting my time. Just as reliable as the shop that recommended this place. Waste of my time!
