  Brought my car in for diagnostics to find out what was making the clunking noise. Had to leave my car for the repairs. I said I needed a car to drive to work. They took care of my by loaning out to me the 2024 Trax. To say I'm glad is an understatement. So thankful for the car and letting me keep it for 2 days. Thanks Ben and the Al Piemonte team!

  Purchased a 2021 Chevrolet High County with the 3.0 Duramax from this dealership. This place literally felt like the "better call saul" of car dealerships. I was not a fan of the sales tactics.
  
  I began by placing a phone call about the truck that I had seen online on autotrader and requested to get an "out the door" price on it over the phone before I drove 2 hours to the dealership to make a deal. I was told that they do not do pricing over the phone, which I thought was odd and I probably should have trusted my gut...
  
  I ended up making an appointment the following morning with someone to look at the truck at the dealership. Upon my arrival I was told that the salesperson that I was supposed to be working with was not at work so I was directed to Yuliana. Yuliana was very pleasant to deal with, but I was told before I even made a deal on the truck that I needed to leave a review on the dealership. (My initial review was 5 stars as this was "part of the process", this is my edited and honest review.)
  
  Anyways I drive the truck and like it and want to make a deal for the listed $40k*(roughly) + taxes, even through there was a fairly significant dent on the drivers side wheel well that wasn't advertised. Sales manager comes and sits down and tells me since it is a certified used that theres an automatic $1900 fee because their service department goes through the truck to ensure it doesn't need brakes, maintenance etc so the actual price of the truck is closer to $43,000.. Then the manager (i think his name is Nick) presses me on trying to sell me a warrantee, which I am confused at first because I am buying a certified used, but I guess the warranty is an extra like $3500 for bumper to bumper coverage. I politely decline.
  
  Another oddity was that I was only given 1 set of keys for the vehicle. I asked Yuliana about getting the extra set of keys and she provided me the spare set but told me to put them in my pocket because she wasn't supposed to just give away the spare set of keys and that this was supposed to be an extra fee. So I guess I got a spare set, but if you are purchasing a slightly used vehicle this seemed like a total cash grab for BS to have to ask to get the second set of keys.
  
  Anyways I purchased the truck without the extended warranty and am fairly happy with the truck. The dealership was nice enough to put 1/4 tank of gas in it for me because when I test drove it, it was on empty... (seriously.... can't give a customer a full tank of fuel, because that would cut into the bottom line)
  
  Although, a few months into ownership I have noticed some oddities. The truck came factory with a spray in bedliner, and there was a plastic bedliner on top of the spray in bedliner when I first looked at the truck at Al Piemonte Chevrolet, I did feel that this was weird but didn't think too much about it, initially. I have now removed that plastic bedliner and discovered that this 1/2 ton truck had a fifth wheel hitch mounted in it and you can see where the rusty holes were drilled into the bed. That being said I don't know if the dealership was aware of this and tried to cover it up, or if it was the previous owner of the truck that pulled one over on whomever he sold it to. Although I would've thought that $1900 inspection that I paid for would've caught this.
  
  Also, another after the fact is that the truck come factory equipped with brake pad sensors, and on the dash I noticed after purchasing the truck that these sensors were "disabled". Upon closer inspection my rear brake pads have zero(metal on metal)pad life on them after 1500 miles that I have put on the truck.
  
  Also, after purchasing the truck I found out that it was missing the navigation SD card, so the navigation did not work in the truck. The dealership made this right for me after I drove back 2 hours to have them put in the SD card whi
