A business is supposed to deliver high quality service so that a customer can leave happy. Instead, I left the parking lot with damp seats, several areas of the car still dirty, my original appointment cancelled by them, & it wasn't a regular detail shop. Read further as I elaborate.I purchased a Groupon thinking I purchased a great deal which the place labeled as (top level service). BUYER BEWARE.I called for an appointment last week only for it to be cancelled because the guy had an emergency trip to Detriot. Figured it was an inconve incentive for me but wasn't a big deal to me at the time. So I rescheduled for last Monday but I had to cancel that and reschedule for Wednesday Sept 21.I was told over the phone that I maybe charged an extra $45 if the seats were dirty. I thought that was odd since this is a hidden fee not on Groupon. He reassured me that it probably aren't that dirty. From there, it's already 2 strikes but decided to proceed anyway.I get a notification from Groupon asking how my service with them was. Odd, it is only Tuesday and ai haven't recieved the service. My Groupon was redeemed before I was at the location to click the redeem button.Remember this paragraph because I will elaborate further in another paragraph when I pick up my car afterwards.I dropped off my car at 1pm and recied a text message about 6p to picked up my car 658pm when it is about to close at 7p.I inspected the rest of the car and other areas of the cat was still dirty. The backseat was still dirty, which he did explain before I picked up the car that will be an extra $45. I was already annoyed at this point.I spoke to the employee after a few minutes until I requested to speak to the boss. He explained the car was really dirty and the $45 was not for the dirty seats but for the extra fee because it is a SUV.After a few minutes, he finally gave me thr keys and I didn't pay the extra $45.The purpose of a detail service is to clean dirty cars. My fault anyway because I should've read the only review from Groopom from a customer who recieved the similar complaint. I should've just went to my trusted We Wash in Chicago.I took plenty of after photos. I'll post a few.Services: Clay bar treatment
