Easy buying experience Matt was my sales manager, and he was very helpful, never felt pressured into anything, I even left the lot to go look at other cars in the area and ended up coming back to get the car I had looked at here! I knew what I wanted and I was able to get it with his help. Would recommend to anyone who’s looking to have a good dealership experience!

I had a very positive experience at Ford City Motors. I found the car of my dreams, the Manager,salesman and finance personnel could not have been more helpful and very very honest with every question we ask.The facility was clean and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this dealership to family and friends I put 10 stars ? for this dealership because they deserve it.

Great staff! I inquired for a car I was looking at, test drove it and left that day with the Mercedes I wanted! Very friendly, knowledgeable and awesome guys to do business with! Will definitely go back to do business again in the future.

The wife and I were looking for an SUV and found our way to Ford City for a Mitsubishi Outlander. Ali and Mustafa were awesome. We didn't get any typical, "used car dealer" vibes. They weren't pushy and were more than willing to work with us while finalizing our loan. We would definitely recommend them. Thanks guys.

We purchased a 2015 Volvo XC60 from Ford City Motors. Matt was friendly and transparent about what he knew of the car. We'd just moved to the area and in a rush to sort a car out, so went for a test drive, visual inspection, and took the risk of buying without a pre-purchase inspection (Matt said there was no problem if we wanted to do one, but it was a holiday weekend so would be a few days before we could find a garage that was open to do one).Drove the car home, then took it for an inspection a few days later. This turned up that the rear brakes needed replacing, and the fronts would need to be done in the medium-term. We also started having an issue with the start/stop function being disabled.Got in touch with Matt who replied straight away and said we could bring the car in as soon as possible and they'd sort it out. They replaced the rear brakes, *and* the front brakes despite not really needing to be done immediately.They also tried replacing the alternator, which didn't resolve the start/stop issue. They then replaced the auxiliary battery which *did* resolve the issue. Despite that being the root cause, they left both the new alternator and the new battery in.I worked at a nearby cafe while getting the work done, and Ford City provided transport to/from the cafe. Unfortunately parts didn't arrive as early as expected, so they provided a car to use in the meantime.In summary - after a slightly rocky start, these guys really came to the party. The issues have been resolved and we're really happy with our new-to-us Volvo.

I’m very happy with this people. They helped me; answered all my questions. Very respectful and polite. I purchase 2007 Toyota 4 runner, I can’t say more. Low miles with a nice decent price. Truck is bullet proof. I recommend anybody come and check Ford city motors.
