Food and drinks always awesome. You guys really need to move the drive thru line. I can sit upto 10 to 15 minutes. I refuse to go here anymore. I now drive to Elgin. I can make it there and back and see some of the same cars still waiting. If you put alot more effort into your drive thru u would get more og your customers back. The people there are great.. However... you need to pay alot more attention to your drive thru. I realized complaining does no good.Hustle your drive thru and u will make alot more money just by moving people fast

it’s really hard making an order here , I order it there and they don’t understand me and they get it wrong, so i order it online and then they don’t read the order and they get it wrong again. it really frustrating never getting the wrong order, it’s not dunkin in the service.

They were training a new person and we had to keep asking for bits of our order, but they gave us a free donut and honestly, same, we’ve all been there. Thank you for the donut ?

The people in the morning are OK but in the afternoon and night good luck can't even figure out how to pour a coffee. They're lucky if they know how to tie there shoes and that's saying a lot

They spilled my coffee on me and I screamed but the burn felt good then I gave my kids a donut they said it tastes like the inside of a Porta potty and i went back u went in a screamed but they were nice so yeahWheelchair accessibility: My coffee hurt

Service was horribly slow and.employees were rude. With all the different locations to go to around the suburbs, I will be avoiding this one.

I love Dunkin Donuts, but they need to get better on customer service. Every time I go, they always give you a serious face and sometimes attitude. I always do my best to start positive and give them a smile ? and say thank you. You never know if they are going thru something. It is just sad ?. But thanks for your delicious food and drinks.

My husband stopped going to this location months ago. I won't come here again. We sat in the drive through for 20 minutes for an iced coffee, 2 donuts, and omelet bites (which came out brown and overcooked). It would have been faster and better service if I had gone to the West Dundee or Algonquin location , even though they're further from my kids' school where they had VBS. Save yourself the time and headache and go to a different dunkin!Dietary restrictions: The omelet bites are great if you want a no carb breakfast option.
