DON"T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!! I had an appt today for a car detailing at 1pm. I called earlier in the day to see if they were going to be open due to the snowy weather. No one answered. When I got there at 1pm the doors were locked, I walked around the bldg and tried the shop door and it was open. There were a couple people in the garage and one man came over and I told him I had an appt. he didn't know about it and texted someone else who did't seem to know about the appt either. He asked if I wanted to reschedule but NO WAY would I waste my time again. My experience with this business is that they are totally unprofessional!! The phone number on an ad I had seen and on their facebook page was not a working number. I had to call another business, where I had heard about them, for a working phone number. Once I got a working number I called, a few days ago, to see about coming in that day but got an answering machine so I left a message for a call back. Never got one so I called a few hrs later and a woman answered with just a hello. I had to ask if this was the auto detailing shop. It was already too late to go in so I made an appt for today. I had read the 2 reviews on yelp so I was a little skeptical but made the appt anyway because I had talked w/ someone I know and he has been there a few times and never had a problem.

As a new customer they were not very helpful with offering their services. There was no service list or price list available to review. The lady writing out the order ticket was not friendly.

BEWARE. I cannot emphasis that enough! I leave a bottle of cologne in the passenger door of my car, that I use every morning. That bottle mysteriously disappeared on Saturday, after my wife got our car washed. She promptly called the car wash and spoke with the owner. Who said he would ask his employees and call her back later that day. Four days later and no return call, we stop in to find out what happened. Obviously he's gonna tell us he asked his guys and nobody saw it. I thanked him for not returning our call, and he became rude and started yelling at me. Service is terrible, even worse than the old owner. Smh.

Worst place ever . Drove to the car wash last week when the weather was 72 degrees and there was a sign that’s says close to bad weather . Drive up to the car wash today which currently the weather is 68 degrees . Says close due to bad weather . Never coming back to this place again .
