The selection here looked amazing, but sadly, I didn't get to really look around. I arrived at 8:30pm on a Monday, when both google and their door says they're open until 9pm. When they made a closing soon announcement, I was surprised to hear they were closing in 10mins!
I asked the woman at the register and they consider the last 15 mins to be for them to clean and close up, not for customers to finish shopping. I worked in retail for 10 years, and that has never been the case anywhere I worked! I get wanting to prep and close up asap at the end of the night, especially if it's slow, but actually kicking out customers before the official closing time is a new and interesting choice.

I found a mannequin for sale! It had 2 price tags on it. One was hidden on the pole for $20. The other was on top of the mannequin for $30. In my opinion, the price on the pole was not always visible. If they can't find a price on it they priced it again. I brought this to the cashier's attention, she then proceeded to tell me that they are separate prices and it will be $50. That is not a separate purchase. Am I wrong? Do you buy the car, then have to buy the steering wheel separately? So ? sad.

Their Prices are absolutely outrageous for a thrift store! The Staff is unfriendly and most of them do not understand the English language! Wayyy overpriced items! I would not recommend!

PARENTS BE CAREFUL!
As a law enforcement officer i loved coming to get my discount and get toys for the kids. Today i found a BB gun M804 Mixed with the toy guns. I couldnt help but be upset at what could of been an outcome luckily i checked it out and it was missing parts, but i was told by a worker "it looked fake" when its literally labeled "not a toy"

I used to like this thrift but prices have gone up. Another thing workers hide items that they like for themselves…I found some Ugg boots a worker approach me and told me the boots were hers. I don’t think that should be allowed….

I used to love this place and frequently donated but the prices are insane now. I’ve seen items priced higher than they are at the store. My toddlers T-shirts are 4$ new and I’ve seen my donated items sold here for the same price. Will no longer shop or donate to this location. Do better.

This is the dirtiest most disgusting store I’ve ever visited. The bathroom is worse than a gas station men’s room on a Saturday night. The changing rooms haven’t been cleaned since the Bush Administration. It always smells like a dirty diaper, which makes sense as there is always some brat running around banging on an untuned piano or trying to mow you down on a big wheel like Damian of The Omen.
Their prices are insanely high. Like a set of Franciscan Apple dishes they priced for over $300. I bought a nicer set at an estate sale for $40.
Their sales are hit or miss. Don’t fall for the seasonal clothes sales- they wouldn’t give me a discount on a tank top because it didn’t meet their bizarre summer clothes criteria, which was dresses I guess? So I asked if I bought a long sleeved dress would it still meet the criteria? The cashier just gave me a dirty look.
Some of the employees are so rude. I was looking at a headboard in the back room and one of them turned the light off on me, 20 minutes before closing. They start telling you the store is closing about 45 minutes before the actual closing. Also don’t bother asking for help for anything.
They have a customer rewards program where every $100 you spend you get a $10 reward. I had $40 in rewards saved up and they went to a new computer system and erased all the old rewards without transferring them. No apologies! Ugh!
Be aware that this is a for profit thrift store. They must really be raking in the profits because they are definitely not spending a lot on overhead like cleaning or hiring people with customer service skills. I should mention that they use buckets to catch the water when the roof leaks, and the outdoor lighting consists of one light that flashes because it’s about to die.
All of the above being considered, I’m giving CTS two stars instead of one because my family and I have had fun over the years shopping here, before they declared war on consumers.

Scam!! They renovated the place and now are literally charging full price for items that were donated for free. It makes me so sad for those we depend on places like this. Shop big retailers because at least they’re brand new. I saw a couple old kurig machines for 50.00! Insane!

Disappointing shopping here and not well kept. I’ve been donating stuff there for years and just found out today they are a for-profit.

Super expensive. I had a full priced item (over priced) but wouldn’t even accept their coupon with no real reason why they couldn’t other than she said we aren’t taking them today. Don’t waste your time here.

I don’t even know how they can get away with doing this. They sent me a message for a half off storewide coupon off with a promo code and all it says is to show it to the cashier. I drove over there and shopped for an hour. Waited in line for 10 minutes behind one other customer then I go to check out and show her the text. Cashier looked confused and called her manager. Apparently the promo starts tomorrow. They wouldn’t honor the code or even hold my few clothing items until tomorrow morning even though the text says nothing about a date.Workers are also ridiculously rude and never stop gossiping so the check out process takes ages.

This thrift store used be a great thrift store. Now? The prices are high for used items and clothes. The sales go by colored tags on the items, good luck finding something that actually has the color tag to get a sale.I bought a statute that “looked”nice. It had tape around it but I just thought it was to protect the statue. After getting home I saw that the head was broken off, the store just put the head on the statue and taped it, hoping someone would not notice.I will not be coming to this thrift store in the future. There are better stores and better prices!
