Zoran the owner is a master mechanic, and so is his crew ! They have saved me hundreds of dollars on repairs over the years ! Their prices for repairs are fair, and always diagnosed and repaired right the first time ! I travel 15 miles to have my vehicle repaired there , as I know of no better automotive shop ! Give them a try, and thank me later ! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Zoran runs the only honest shop I know in the area. Not just that, but he does good work for a fair price. That is why he's always swamped and you have to wait to get repairs done.Talking to him feels like talking to the grandpa you always wished you had.

Worst auto shop ever!!! Decided to not install new equipment, so he cut the breaks. Ok fine, installed new pads and hardware (NOT TRUE)! Used my old pads & forgot the new hardware. Forgot them all together on the passenger side! He stated the wheel was almost going to fall off, so he did the wheeler bearing. In the end broke the abs sensor, ok it's an older car understandable things breakThe kicker is, he didn't replace it and told my MOM, "it's an older car & to save money it's not important to replace."Head over to Rob's Complete Auto car Algonquin, I'm an ASC certified mechanic and I'll make sure you job is done correctly.1045 w Algonquin Rd.Jesse

Zoran has been working on my cars for 9+ years and my mom's cars for 15+ years, hands down the best mechanic I have ever had! The guys at this shop really love what they do and it shows with their communication and knowledge! If you are a female and scared that you will be overcharged or screwed over by other shops, give Carsmart a call, I trust them with my life and they treat me like family.

Writing this review for my son. My son broke down in the area and this was the closest shop. He had intermittent starts issues and the mechanic tapped on the starter from above and started the car so he initially just change the starter and let him go. He brought the car home (50min away) and couldn’t start the car. Zoran told him to bring the car back and he will take care of everything because of the misdiagnosis. It turned out to be the TCM which is common and was at one time a recall. Even with 40,000 plus back orders Zoran was able to find one. After numerous phone conversations and 3 weeks waiting we received the car and had to pay $600. My son had the impression that Zoran would take care of everything(the bill). We drove off and he complained of hard shifting. So I got in the car and it felt like the engine was going to drop out from the hard shifting. Like it wasn’t bolted onto one of the motor mounts or trans mount. I told my son we are not taking it back. There should have been test drives when the work was done. They got their $$ off of us. Never going back there again

Excellent service, very friendly, patient, professionals. They took time out to answer any questions and explained what was wrong and how they were going to fix it. I highly recommend Caremark for automotive needs.
