I go to this place to check out a 2013 ford mustang gt, right when we get there we noticed that the car needs a bunch of work, rotors looked all warped, wheels curbed and one bent, paint was the main issue, scratches everywhere, dents, cracked paint, a side skirt being held by a zip tie, they coudlnt even clean the inside. On top of that we coudlnt test drive it, sales person said we needed to sign a application... seriously the car in bad condition and its a 2013 lol. We made him an offer and all he said was he could take it to an auction instead. Well go ahead buddy theyll probably offer you around 10k. Nothing but bad vibes. Dont consider going to this so called dealership.

I was looking for a mustang gt and found several at this dealer. I contacted Allen and he was very responsive and courteous to my questions . He gave me a good price on the car and worked with me outside hours to accommodate me. I would recommend Llen at All Star for a used car purchase

Got a me a 96 impala ss runs drives great, sales guy was helpful and knowledgeable. Anybody with issues with the guys at all star is probably lack of common sense really. Great pleasant people.

This dealer casts a very negative image which makes me think twice about going to smaller dealerships. But I am sure not all small dealerships are bad I am sure there are lots of good ones out there but not this one.The dealer will keep coming back and say that it was my fault but he will never say that he started the altercation where the dealer was very very rude. He will never say that he started the conversation as a very very rude person. Now of course he will only he was advising me to move the car from not a very busy street. I told him I will move it but he kept saying that what kind of kids I am raising. He got personal very quickly. Stay away from this dealer.

Pleasant experience, good communication, everything above board. The do a good job of sourcing some unique or more niche vehicles, definitely keep an eye out on the website for inventory changes or reach out if you're looking for something particular.

Bought a project car in April of 2021 from Alen and team. Super easy transaction, title arrived after a few weeks of Secretary of State processing, been extremely happy with the vehicle. Great condition and the entire transaction was quick and pleasant. They even had all the paperwork prepped, I took an Uber over, signed the papers and left 10 minutes later with the vehicle. Would definitely work with them again.

From my first phone call inquiring about a vehicle I had seen on a website I felt that Allen extremely nice and and respectful of my situation I am a out of state buyer so there was quite a few phone calls and he always responded quickly if he did not answer right away he always called me right back I ended up buying the vehicle and I love it!! I highly recommend ALL STAR CAR OUTLET!!I know I will definitely be back to purchase another vehicle in the future as I will also be telling all my family and friends what a wonderful experience I have had this is not your typical car dealership and you will not be treated like one you will be treated with much more respect and honesty!

I spent over a year looking for a specific vehicle and finally found it at All Star Car Outlet. The pictures posted online were great and Alen was upfront about issues the truck had. We had some challenges getting the truck back home as we live out of state and couldn't drive it due to engine trouble .Alen was great and did everything he could to make it easier for us to transport. Also ran into a hiccup at the BMV while trying to get plate and registration. I phoned Alen from there and within a few minutes he faxed the info I needed to the BMV while I waited. He was always there and eager to help with anything we needed. I appreciate the experience of working with him and would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from them.

Alen was extremely transparent and fair. As a out of state buyer (Toronto) he was able to keep me updated on my cars status, transport the vehicle from his shop to another, as well as help coordinate shipping with another company. I highly recommend all star car outlet to both local and out of state buyers. I am thankful for what they were able to do for me.
