We spent hours looking for a cremation service when our dog passed away. We reached out to several places, asked questions and even drove out to some and every one gave us reason to be skeptical of how they operate. When we met Chris at All Paws, his genuine kindness and willingness to do everything in his power to ease the pain of such a heartbreaking process, we knew he would make sure everything was done right. He's a truly wonderful human being and we're grateful we found him!

My husband and I lost our baby Peanut so unexpectedly and our hearts are absolutely shattered. I forgot to ask the vet for some of my babies hair because I was so distraught. I contacted All Paws and talked to Mike. He was beyond kind and was able to fulfill my request and they couldn't have taken care of our baby girl any better. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. ?

This place never got my cats paw print and charged me for it. So I got to pay money for the wonderful experience of never seeing my beloved friends foot again. I was robbed of something incredibly precious and I'll never have that opportunity again because my cat is cremated.

I went to this place through my moms vet since this is where she had gotten her cat cremated through… First off, my cat was a pretty big kitty and the amount of ashes that I received back was such a small amount it makes me think if I even got all of her back. The quality of the ashes are absolutely terrible! It’s chunky with bone pieces inside and I can’t even fill a remembrance necklace up because of this. They put her ashes inside of a plastic bag; which is wrong in my opinion, and the quality of the urn is so cheap. I will never go through this place again, and I wish I would’ve paid the extra money at a different place for better quality of receiving a beloved pet back.

I was really pleased with the way All Paws handled my cat Mini Me cremation From my first phone call to dropping her off and picking up her ashes up and most of all the way they they put everything together when you pick up the ashes .I just expected a box of ashes a certificate and a claw print on apiece of paper, but I was wrong .here is what I got also. I included a picture of my beautiful 19 yr old kitty .

We recently lost two of our beloved pets within a month of each other. Because of their mounting medical issues, I had been planning for their passing for a while. I did a lot of research, as well as speaking with both of our vets (North Shore Family Pet Hospital and Northshore Mobile Veterinary Services), and determined All Paws would most likely be who handled their final arrangements. They came highly recommended, having worked with both of our vets and helping several other neighbors. We're both really satisfied with that choice. When we had our cat humanely euthanize at the vet, after an aggressive mouth cancer was discovered, All Paws was contracted through the vet to take care of her remains. While bittersweet, we very much appreciate how well the cremains were presented, and in a timely fashion. Because they had done so well, we definitely trusted them when our dog's final days approached. Our dog passed away in our arms, ahead of her scheduled appointment, and All Paws opened early so we could deliver her ourselves. They were very helpful once we arrived, very professional, and also offered a lot of comfort and support as we grieved. When came back to pick her cremains up, we were - once again - very satisfied with at the job they did.All Paws did their jobs very well, and helped us out during very difficult times in our life. We're very appreciative of the work they did, and the kindness they provided. I would highly recommend them for other pet owners, when it comes time to prepare final arrangements, based on the service we received.

I ordered a clay paw print after having to put my grandfathers 15 year old dog to sleep. They some how “forgot” to do the paw print and would be partially refunded. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with a company. I cannot believe that they “forgot” to do it. There’s absolutely no way He will be able to have a physical memory of her, and it was supposed to be a surprise for him. I guess I’m glad I never told him about it because it would of broken his heart even more.If you get a pet cremated here make sure they don’t “forget” to actually read.

The remains should have been in a velvet bag as advertised inside the tin and instead were not, just a clear bag. Otherwise the amount of ash returned was less than expected and less than my previous pets of equal and smaller size.
