“Went through the training program and all-in-all, the trainers did an excellent job. Went solo after getting out of the second stage of training, the time in an OTR trainer's truck. I had a rough first couple months, late for home time a handful of times. I made it clear that it wasn't something I was okay with and after Christmas they haven't had me home late again. With Hirschbach i was home every other weekend. I recently left, on good terms, for a company that offers home every weekend for more than just 34 hours. If you're not wanting to be home for more than 4 days a month maximum then this is a fine company to drive for. Had they offered me the option to be home Friday afternoon/evening and leave Monday morning I would have stayed, unfortunately that's not a schedule they will accommodate and I am more "work to live" than "live to work."”

“Best company to work for, iv been for 6 years now, and people inside is like more than family everybody,, they will call you by name only, and not like some prison number that you get in other companies,, I will try and get retire in this company, and all these negative comments that are posted on here,, well oh well, you either cus at each other and or didn't want to drive loads, and they let you to quit on your own,,, stop crying and grow up”
