Dean & team were amazing from start to finish! I came in with 2 vehicles in mind and after test driving & explaining my wants/needs, he was able to make a recommendation for another model. I signed a sales agreement before the car even hit the lot. Once purchased, he walked me through everything; even stayed past his shift to ensure I knew all the great features and loved my new ride. Such a wonderful experience!

I would never buy from here again. The treatment we received after purchase was appalling. The owners are rude, arrogant and inconsiderate. Worst customer service experience of my life. They won't even listen to your concerns after the sale. Don't know how they can stay in business when treating their customers like that. BBB the State will be hearing about this. Everyone else I recommend you stay far away. Please buy from anywhere else besides these terrible businessman and managers.

The journey I've had with the dealership was the worst customer experience in my entire life. The owners are rude, immature, and arrogant. They didn't take the time to listen to a customer concern from someone who bought a brand new vehicle from them. Any issues after the sale you can forget about it. I would never even think about doing business with them again. Some of the worst managers I've ever encountered. They aren't even willing to admit when they make a mistake. They will lie to your face. And then threaten to call the police if you don't leave. I am appalled. I hope GM is aware of how this dealership represents them and how they treat their customers. I would never want to do business with or even step foot inside their dealership again. I recommend you avoid at all costs! Filing a complaint next with BBB and the like. Customer service was soo terrible I can't get this taste out of mouth. I wish I never would have bought my car or given them any of my business!! Absolutely terrible.

I have purchased a number of vehicles from Runde Chevrolet over the past 35 plus years. They will continue to have me as a customer with their friendly service and sales personnel.
The work on my truck was scheduled and completed in a reasonable time frame. Thanks, Casey and the rest of the service staff.

When I bought the 2016 Chevy 1500 the taillight was out, the radio touchscreen was not working. The torque converter was making noise on the way home and they won’t fix it and I feel are not making it right. I have had the truck for 2 weeks and it has been in the shop 2 times.

First of all, we would like to give a shout out to the sales team for making us feel welcome right from the start. We were looking at vehicles on the website for a few days and noticed that a new one was coming in soon, so we made the call to set up a time to look at and test drive the vehicle. The staff was very kind and respectful. We didn't feel pressured or rushed into the purchase at all. The staff was very accommodating as well. After making the purchase, the sales team helped us navigate through the screens to set up the vehicle's safety features and the 3 month trials services. We felt very comfortable with our decision to purchase with Runde. We will definitely keep them in mind for future purchases. Thank you so much for making this purchase experience one to remember.

Went in to speak to someone about returning parts. Employee looked at me as I entered and ignored me. Then watched me leave. Wasn’t helped by anyone at all.
