Bought an Audi Q5 from them and have loved it! They do a really nice job and make sure you’re satisfied. Have had some minor things with my car but they have been great at getting me in and always getting to the bottom of the issue. When I leave I know my car has been fixed the right way.

Stopped here with an unexpected issue, on a long road trip, with a 2 yr old. No appointment and no time to wait. The owner took care of us immediately and helped get us back on the road asap. And wouldn't accept payment for his trouble, saying it was no big deal. His kindness, friendly nature, and help was a big deal to us though. We would highly recommend Custom Auto Repair & Sales - they truly care about their customers. Thank you!

Unreliable. Mechanic was unable to diagnose a simple distributor issue. Took my vehicle to another shop and they fixed it without drama. Left my car at CARS for a week to have a new exhaust put in, and the owner forgot to do it. Showed up to pick up my car as agreed and the owner wasn’t there during operating hours, so the business was closed and I was stranded. Weak apology two days later didn’t cut it. Nice body work on a paint job but I will never go back. Beware.

Had my Audi 2001 worked on here several times. They were able to keep it going everytime an issue arose and bring life back into it. My family and I expect quality service, and they deliver on that. This is the only place I trust my vehicle to be serviced, and when the time comes to take it to the shop, I'll be bringing it here.
