Using the Post Office for most of my packages, I arrived ready to settle in for a good long wait. So when I found myself heading back out to the car in less than 2 minutes, my head was practically spinning from how fast the service is. I was far from the only customer, they just took care of everyone very efficiently. Thanks!

If you want something delivered on time use fed ex. It's been 5 days and still no delivery and keeps getting delayed. And rescheduled. It was only 4 hours away to begin with now it's sitting in East Alton for 2 days. yet fed ex can get me a package from California in 3 days.... I absolutely hate ups.

I needed to return an item to Romans...they had a code to scan but UPS said they did not use it...it was a new system for returns and I ended up taking my return package to Petco in Alton.
