Not up to Circle K standards. I love Circle K and frequent many locations in IL and MO. This one smelled so badly of smoke when we walked in. Why is the bathroom locked such that you need the cashier to unlock it? It was clean at least. But I'll choose to.l stop elsewhere next time.. The smell was too much.

Went into this store and they told me that they don't start excepting link until 6a.m. which I believe to be false so wasted trip up there.

This place is horrible the lady behind the counter was rude and disrespectful she was sick coughing and hacking all over the place had her back turned to me I stood there for 10 minutes before she ever turned around to help me and when she did she was rude I had ordered and paid for in order to be picked up and when she turned around and I explained that to her we don't do that here I said but you guys took my money well they'll give it back this store needs to check their employees it's horrible I suggest as a Google guide you do not patronize this place of business until their management gets their ducks in a row

First of all, I have been going to the station for 10 years.This is the first complaint. 1st of all none of my cards worked at the pump so I went inside to pay with cash. They have a new payment method and the guy in front of me had a hard time when they told me I had to go back and find my pump number. They offered no help so I took my business elsewhere. I changed my mind after 3 months it seems that not as bad as I first said so I'm giving them a second chance.

No public restroom. This is the only gas station within a 2 mile radius, and they have closed the bathrooms off to the public. š”I will definitely never be spending my money here.

I would not recommend going there. I'm just a truck driver on my lunch break and the staff was extremely rude. I got a soda and a few other things and wanted to use the bathroom real quick which they have 2 brand new ones and she said no because too many people use drugs in there and I said I really had to pee asap and then again very rudely said yeah that's what the drug users say and treated me like a deadbeat drug addict. How disrespectful and very rude! On top of that they acted like I was a burden just to ring me up like do your job lady!! Very lazy

I go to this gas station almost everyday. I will no longer be going to this gas station and I will not recommend it to anybody I know and I will recommend that they do not go there. Every time I go in this gas station there's something wrong. Sodas never stocked, they always make you use the automated machine to check out the only time a real cashier checks you out is when the automated one is broke down. Manager is always rude and not willing to do what you need or give you service always busy doing something or head down doing books. And just so you don't think I'm one of those people to get bad reviews, hats off to all people who work at the East Alton circle k I've never had a bad experience there. The people are hard-working nice and always standing there to give you service. Never once have they forced me to use an automated machine or been wrong on an order!

I went to the Circle K and tried to purchase cigarettes, I am not a smoker I was buying for a friend she gave me a paper with the name of the brand. I told the clerk 3 times and showed her the paper the manager was sitting there and tried to direct her 2 times, I ended up with the wrong cigarettes. I came back to the store an hour later to exchange only to be told I could not that it was not their responsibility to give me the right product. Needless to say I will not be going back to my neighborhood Circle K.

Why would you want to go to this place that hire meth heads as cashier than wanting to see your id so they can get your information.

This gas station is close to my house so I go here frequently. Recently they changed their hours to close at 11 due to ādifficultiesā per the sign on the door, no big deal. A few days ago I arrive at 10:47, the lights are on and they still seem open. Close to close but itās a gas station, Iāll be in and out. The sign still says they close at 11. I try and open the door but itās already locked. The person working then turns off the lights and goes behind the counter as I walk back to my car instead of acknowledging me.
Before this, I had an incident with a cashier I see here frequently. I said ācan I have two of the green buzz ballā and she said āyou need to say pleaseā. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Yes, I couldāve said please but I did not ask rudely and I was out of it because I just fought with my baby to try and put her to sleep for an hour and a half. Not to mention, I had visibly been crying so it was obvious I was having a rough time already.
Tonight I come here at 9:20 and now there is a sign on the door that says they close at 9. Frustrating.
Not to mention they only respond to positive reviews but never do as little as apologize to the g negative ones. ?
Edit:
Came back today (4/20) during the day and the sign again said 11pm. I guess the person working when I posted this originally just wanted to get off two hours early..
