What a great place. Very friendly staff. Had my deer done here this year for the first time and had zero issues. They jerky was some of the best I've had. I will definitely be bringing all my future business here. Thanks Freedom sausage for the great job yall did!

Awesome. I bought a side of beef. The meat was beautifully cut and nicely wrapped.I purchased sausages and jerky as samples I should have bought more , very tasty.My puppies were very happy with the smoked bones and pig ears I purchased for them here.I just had eye surgery and can't see up close I handed them my check book and he filled it out without a word. Thank you Sir, much appreciated. I will return.

This is the butcher the farmer we bought the cow from used. The place smelled / looked clean, but the lack of customer service the way they processed several cuts was not in line with other butchers we have used in the past.
