Took two months for someone to finally reach out to me about what was wrong with my car even after calling to ask them myself. Took another two weeks for the repairs to actually be completed. The kicker is that less than a month after repair, my car broke down with the same problem that was supposed to have been fixed the first time. It had now been at the shop for weeks again and I'm still without a car. This place has gone downhill without Glenn. I've used them in the past with great results. Now, I would definitely not recommend.Service: Engine repair

I'm very impressed with their honesty. I brought my car in for new brakes. The pedal went almost to the floor and the car squealed every time I put my foot on the brakes. I was told I just had cheap brake pads that caused the squealing, but they weren't worn out to the extent that I needed new pads. He could have easily put new pads on my car and I would have thought nothing of it. I'll be back for sure!

Pulled my car out of the ditch, late at night, in freezing rain. Showed up quicker than expected, very professional. Got my car out the ditch and on my way again fast. Superb customer service.
