I called MO State Tires and they said come now. As soon as I pulled up he started on my car and pulled the nail out and showed me. He patched it right up and sent me on my way. “Honest Review ….I’ve had some hiccups here. Problems with following instructions so make sure you repeat multiple times. On the phone and when you arrive. There is an obvious disconnect/communication problem between the intake guys at the counter and the shop guys. Problems were always fixed to my satisfaction and everybody here is very friendly. But when they replace a good tire and let me hit the road with the bad tire still on the car with a huge bubble that is scary. Also tells me nobody did a walk around and recheck of all 4 tires before pulling out of shop. Yikes….. They have one job…TIRES!I’m going to keep coming here. Hope to regain confidence in them. I switched from Costco. Hopefully the couple hiccups I have experienced never happens again or I will have to consider switching back. Their extra warranty is great ! Todd is my favorite here. I don’t know if he is new or I just never “got him” but he is AMAZING. He seems to really listen and not make me feel rushed. I have the most confidence in him. He actually repeats back to me what I have said. He’s the best.Update: today I noticed the mechanics in the shop coming out and talking to customers to reconfirmWhat they are about to do. This is definitely a good idea. Hope they continue this.”

“First time stopping here. I had a tire with a slow leak caused by a screw that I ran over somewhere. I was greeted by a very friendly guy who looked at the tire gave me some options and 20 minutes later I was on my way with a patch tire. I'll definitely be back for any tire issues and try him for oil changes and for state inspections. I hope this will save me the couple of hours I have to wait in line at the place I have used in the past.”
“I recently had a blow out, luckily, I was able to maintain control of my vehicle, fortunately no injuries occurred, and I made it safely to a secure place. I opted to have Roadside Assistance tow my vehicle to the Dobbs South County facility because the staff have been always helpful and service my vehicle without issue. When I arrived by the tow truck, I discovered the facility did not have the brand of tire on my vehicle while the tow truck driver was still present, but the Manager named Jon was willing to go to another facility to get that same type of tire per my request. Jon arranged for one of their auto technicians to travel & pick up the desired tire. Shortly, after the arrangements were made, I realized my phone was not in my possession; I asked Asst Mgr. or Office Lead who was also named Jon to unlock my vehicle so I could get my phone. I checked my vehicle, but I couldn't locate the phone. I went back in to have him call my number while I checked again, it was not in vehicle, also confirmed my smartwatch. When I went back inside, I asked to use their phone, so I called my phone & Roadside Assistance to contact the driver. I was permitted to use their second office phone during my attempts to retrieve my phone while Jon, Asst Mgr. even called my phone# when he was not assisting customers & available. It was about an hour or so before the driver was reached which was due to the diligent efforts of Jon, as my phone was on vibrate mode. I was elated. He asked the driver if he was able to come back to the store and bring me my phone, the tow truck driver was assigned a call of which he was enroute. Jon even asked the driver if he could inquire with his company if that service call could be reassigned to expedite the return of my cellphone, but driver was unable at that time. I spoke to the driver and obtained his contact info as my previous attempts went to voicemail. My vehicle was ready before my phone was retrieved, and I received a discount on the service. Jon, Asst Mgr. was friendly and conversed with me the entire time which kept my mind at ease throughout the ordeal. I used their phone again to call the tow truck driver to meet up. Shortly after getting my phone back, I called Dobbs & Jon, Asst Mgr. answered I told him that I got my phone back right after I left, and he notified me that my husband had called to check up on me & informed that I left to retrieved phone. Dobbs South County went above and beyond to assist me by providing exceptional service. The staff truly care.”
