I mailed a birthday card to my grandson November 12 th I live in East Peoria and he lives in Dunlap card went through East Peoria and Peoria post office once it gets to Dunlap they send him not enough postage stamps post of in in East Peoria and Peoria sent it on I never received card back it has been 17 days ago when I sent this card????

How could anyone give the Dunlap Post Office a negative review? If you call the (309) number, you get a human. They routinely hold my mom's mail so I've talked to them a few times. They are very helpful.

Very friendly and courteous staff! Don't understand the low rating. Mail is delivered promptly, staff is always willing to help. It doesn't feel like USPS at all.

The employees at this office are efficient, helpful and friendly (somewhat of a rarity at government offices, in my experience). The only reason for 4 vs 5 stars is the limited hours of operation especially on Saturday.
