I absolutely love my new carpet! The installers were on time and very cautious of my trim work and my home when they were Bringing the carpet in and disposing of the old. From the moment I walked in into Suttons to when the carpet was installed it was an incredible experience.

Sutton Carpet proved to be the place we will always go for flooring. From the first visit we were impressed with the friendliness and the help finding our flooring. Through the estimating process I noticed the experience of the Sutton people through their comments and suggestions. And when installation time came the Sutton flooring crews were helpful and friendly. I also noticed throughout this process that all steps were taken to do the job right. Sutton has its own employees for this work, it is not put out to independent contractors. We are very glad we chose Sutton.

Very helpful and friendly, and great quality work. We built a new house a few years ago and they did excellent work. They did all of our hard flooring and carpet. Pictured is our glue-down planks. We really like it.

Very pleased with my new flooring. Especially from the start of having the help picking it out with Emert to the installers. They arrived timely, very considerate of putting the rooms back together. Any mess cleaned up daily. Highly recommend Sutton Business. I also used them for my kitchen tile in the past.!

I cannot recommend this company. They did not honor the quote and refused to remove flooring when they said they would. The quality of the product was inferior due to the laminate curled at the edges. Quality of the install was equally low where the lengths for each plank were cut were too short leaving gaps between cupboards. I prefer local businesses, but this is one to avoid.

I had some flooding in my basement and Suttons came right out and repaired and replaced what was damaged. They were very fast and affordable. And great to work with. High recommended.
