“Staff was very helpful, when my husband took my wheelchair out of the car a salesperson held the door open for us. The store is very accessible and the showroom was easy to get through. The displays were easy for me to see and the salesperson stayed with us to answer any questions we had while we were looking around. We didn't purchase a phone and mine wasn't compatible so I can't comment on the phone service aspect, but I was very pleased with the experience in the store.”
