I am giving a "3" star overall. Here is why. I called to inquire about propane, the customer service agent was helpful and got us on the schedule for a tank fill. I was given an estimate of day/date. That was me beautifully. So that part is actually a FIVE star. Where I am disappointed with Ferrell is that whoever came out to paint our old rusty nasty tank (that we unfortunately inherited when we purchased the house in early 2023) was sloppy and didn't even scrape the loose paint on the tank very well...just gave it a quick paint job. I wish that we were given a day/date when this person would be at the house to do this. Unfortunately, we were gone that particular day, so maybe that is why the person thought they could do a "RUSH" job!?!? ?♀️THIS job (the painting of our tank) only really qualifies for a ONE star, in my opinion. Maybe the homeowner should be home when this is done? I feel like it would have been better than it is. But, it is over and done. I have bigger things to be upset with or unhappy about and this is not one of them.?

My fuel tank was completely dry on a Wednesday afternoon, with temperatures lowering that night. I called to the Marion IL office to order same day delivery for an extra $200, only to find out that they did not have anyone to deliver on my route. Friday morning the delivery man came out to discover I had a bad regulator. He called to have someone come. Waited all day Friday, with no response to phone calls. Spent the weekend without heat, and temperatures dipping to the 30s. Someone finally came on Monday to fix the regulator, and the delivery person came back, he was able to light the furnace and cooking stove. He at least apologized. I am a disabled senior citizen.

Ferrelgas service is good. Their prices are higher than most competitors and you pay a yearly tank rental fee, most other companies don't charge and a $59.99 fee to lock in your rate, which is already higher than most competitors. When you add all those things together, you really aren't saving, compared to lower rates and no other fees with other companies.

My mother has been trying to get propane since Tues of last week feb. 9. On this day, feb 15 th ferrelgas truck was spotted 2 miles from her house. She is elderly, it's cold and she lives in a trailer. You've even charged her for the gas that she did not get. I will be looking elsewhere for propane for her

My mother ordered propane Early last week, but as of yet to get propane a week later. you also charged her for that propane that you didn't deliver! Mind you today, the propane delivery truck was whithin 2 or 3 miles from her house. the roads while snow covered are passable. Mind you she is elderly. So your company From what I see doesn't care about your Elderly customers! She is almost out and we are going to face zero degree temps! I wouldn't recommend this Co. !
