“I rented space from Atlanta Georgia not sure which staff member I spoke with but professional from start to end. Arrived at facility upon unloading panic hit, I had more belongings than the unit I rented, my daughter immediately called the number provided but unfortunately it was Saturday and Scotty’s was not open. Within seconds we got either a call back or text from Angie. She told us that we could actually rent out another unit that day. We did and the day was saved. Angie has made herself available even off duty and myself and my family appreciated this quality. The units and the ground are well maintained cameras add extra security. Ive never rented a storage unit before but feel the pricing was fair for the the property being well kept again inside and out. I personally want to thank Ms. Angie for being available when we most needed assistance on July 31 and particularly Aug 31?Would definitely recommend”

Cordell (sp?) was the only one working but took the time to listen to my problem, check the system, and even went back to the shop and found what I needed with no hassle. Even while dealing with an ignorant customer who while everyone watched threw a fit and pushed over an entire display of packing supplies. He remained professional. Same lady I see has left a bad review for yesterday.”
