After suffering through a couple of high-pressure sales pitches from bigger carpeting companies (I won't name names, but you know their phone numbers!), working with Fabiola at Yonan Carpet One was a breath of fresh air. She patiently walked us through the carpeting choices, allowed us to take many samples home, and she worked diligently to answer all of our questions. If she didn't know the answer, she made sure to do the research to find out. She never pressured us to make our decisions. We took our time, and we are pleased with our choice. Highly recommend.

Terrible experience here. First, I called to get a quote for flooring and was told I would get a callback in the next several minutes to setup an appointment with an available rep. After about 4-5 hours, I visited the store to not be welcomed by any of the sales staff (they just eyed me down instead of any greeting or standing up from there desks?). Once I got someone over to assess the floors, the gentlemen was very polite and discussed the process. He told us we would get a follow up call to chat about floor types to refine the quote, but no over ever called. I'm done chasing after these reps.

We recently worked with Charisse at Yonan on Ogden to select a fun runner for our stairs. We had a great customer experience with her and she did an excellent job of walking us through the process and getting everything scheduled. I would recommend Charisse and Yonan if you are in Downers Grove and looking for a custom flooring experience. Thank you Charisse!

Yonan has been a go-to for me and my family for umpteen years. Last bought from them in 2016 and prices were like 3.89, 4.09, etc and now they are DOUBLE if not TRIPLE.UNACCEPTABLE!Got a quote for 325 sq ft of Kane "Welcoming" carpet that comes in 13.2 rolls. Nothing out of the ordinary except Yonan's quote for this small area jumps from 4250 to 5300 for NO F'ING REASON!Yonan has either become desperate at these prices or they're nefarious but getting a quote then having said quote (with fully accurate measurements) jump by 25% is lunacy and Yonan Carpets is no longer an option for us.Truly people.....WHY would anyone go here when you can do DeSitter, Olson, Performers, etc for literally 2-4 dollars per square foot cheaper. When you have options...........USE'EM!

Our association spent thousands on having tile installed. I realized that I needed some replacement tiles so I reached out. I got no help from Yonan! I finally found out that the tile that was quoted (which is the manufacturer's second most popular color) was not used. The one installed was actually discontinued at the time it was installed and not available. Sounds like a bait and switch to me. No wonder no one responds!!!! Avoid this shady company!!!!

We recently had all of our carpet replaced by Yonan in Downers Grove and we couldn't be happier with the finished product! Don assisted us from step one and was so kind, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. We even tried searching for a lower priced, comparable product at Home Depot and nothing came close. We stuck to our guns with the products we fell in love with at Yonan and 4 months later we are still 110% satisfied with our choices and investment. It truly has made a world of difference in our home compared to the old carpet. The install went smoothly and efficiently over 2 days and was very professional. Thank you Don and Yonan! We will definitely work with you again in the future!

A woman named Jennifer. Lynch was my sales person. The threads of the carpet were coming out. Emailed her with a picture. She said I could not use a dyson vacuum, which I did not or one with a brush Never said this before I purchased. My contractor contacted her also and was supposed to send an inspector out here. That never happened. I guess if I had a good salesperson the problem might have been resolved.

We used Yonan awhile ago for a bathroom repair. We were referred them by a water restoration company. We need all of our tile replaced in the shower and floor. They did help us out by remedying a serious issue the water restoration company caused, however, our bathroom was retiled a year ago and the grout is falling apart e-v-e-r-y-w-h-e-r-e. During the retiling we had to have them come back on two separate occasions because we found holes in several areas 2 days after the project was done, they didn't use silicone caulking in the corners so there were immediate cracks in the corners, and then they didn't level our shower curb correctly, so we had to have them back to re-do the shower curb because water was getting everywhere due to not leaving a slant for the water to flow back into the shower drain, which seems like pretty basic knowledge to have when you are working on showers. We already have a dozen holes in our grout in the shower, and the grout used on our bathroom floor is extremely shoddy, lumpy, and just looks on the level of amateur work. We have to now hire a different company to completely retile our bathroom that we just had redone a year ago.

My experience with Yonan Carpet Downers Grove was great! I had to get new floors throughout my entire condo because of water damage. David Coulam was the first to come out and measure and walk me through this very new process - answered ALL of my questions, help me find the perfect floor and kept me updated on the timing of deliveries. Dan was my installer and he did a great job! Everything was done well and you could tell Dan and team care about their work. My place was left spotless! Thank you David, Dan and Yonan team for turning a very stressful process into a pleasant one!

My husband and I have worked with Yonan in the past. We were purchasing a new home and had 3 rooms carpeted. Unfortunately we did not have a good experience this time around. The installation was not the same quality from one room to another and when we tried to address this with Yonan the situation was not attempted to be rectified and there was no explanation or addressing of the issue from the sales representative or the manager for 2 weeks. And when it was finally addressed they would not make any adjustments for the incorrect way things were installed/managed. The customer service falls short and is very disappointing especially if there is an issue. I recommend to continue business with extreme caution!

Kristen and her father ARE COVETERS THAT MEANS THEY HAVE A GREEDY SPIRIT, ARE LIARS AND DECEIVERS TOO! I called this store last week Wednesday to get info on if a certain carpet needed binding. Kristen offered (I didnt ask for her to do nothing) to send me pictures of 2 types of edging THAT SAME DAY, BUT LIED AND DECEIVED ME INTO BELIEVING SHE WAS HELPING ME BUT DIDNT FOLLOW UP UNTIL MONDAY OF THE NEXT WEEK and still never gave me what I asked for! I sent her pictures of what I WANTED to clear up any misunderstanding. Her emails she sent kept lying and blowing me off and then she said she couldn't believe how much another store was trying to charge, how that was too much, and was going to get me a quote. SHE INCONVENIENCING AND DECEIVING ME INTO WAITING FOR HER, SHE CHARGED ME TWICE THE AMOUNT OF $6000 FOR 200SQFT. $1550 or so for labor AND STILL DIDN'T GIVE ME WHAT SHE PROMISED IN PICTURES! And when I called the store today and spoke to her father, he lied and covered up and supported her sin (he refused to listen and continued to say he doesn't know what I looked at when I already stated I never came into the store to see any product and was concerned I was possibly being given a quote for the wrong item) her also blew me off and got me off the phone! ILL ORDER MY OWN CARPET MYSELF AND CUT OUT THE COVETING GREEDY SPIRIT MIDDLE AND FIND MY OWN FAIR INSTALLER FOR LESS THAN $300! THOSE READING THIS, DO THE SAME!

Worked with Dave Coulam to get floors refinished and stained a new color as well as remove carpet and install flooring in our living room. They sent out Terry's team, who did an unbelievable job. They are all super nice guys, professional, and the floors look awesome. Highly recommended!

The whole process of working with Yonan was pleasant, professional and efficient. Very responsive sales support, the scheduling team was helpful and the install team was just amazing! Please extend my thanks to them for their skill, professionalism and kind service making sure they made us happy. They should both be recognized. It was a pleasure doing business with Yonan. I'll be in touch when I am ready to do the upstairs carpet.
