“So, I normally don't write reviews unless I'm absolutely blown away by a service! I had some concerns about my wheels that needed to be addressed asap as i just did my brakes and alignment. I explained to Niko what was going on. He immediately took the matter into his own hands and made me feel at ease! I was also amazed at the technology they now possess! As you wait for your vehicle, you can check in on the progress via an intuitive app! I was able to have a couple drinks at Bdubs, and remain worry free!!! When the vehicle was ready, I thanked Niko for his time and effort. It meant a lot to me to get the vehicle in on such short notice. I was thinking about going to Firestone, but I'm glad I chose Discount Tire! I always come back for their tire services! They never seem to let me down. I hope they continue this fantastic pattern of great customer service! On top of all, my car drove like a dream when I got it back!! I was bragging to everyone and saying what a fine job was done! “My wife set up en early future appointment for our flat tire. Discount Tire Valled a day ahead and informed us of a at-home service they offer. It's an extra fee ($50 for us) and we desperately needed to get the tire fixed. We're set to go on a road trip tomorrow. The service over the phone was a bit time consuming, but they made it easy and stress-free. Professionalism didn't stop at the phone. Once the service tech made it to hoir location, he too was very polite and quick. I highly recommend this service. We were able to pay ahead online and we're able to charge the same card for the additional fee. Very grateful for them.”
