I have tried to greet the employees every time I go in and it feels like they hate their jobs. No greetings, no smiles, their attention and their service is so poor that after so many years I will be driving to another nursery to buy my plants. Bad service and high prices are not for me.

Borderline hilarious how ignorant and rude their staff is. Went in for a return and they tried to stick me with a restocking and cleaning fee for these brand new plastic planters I bought a week ago, they almost didn’t even take them back. Never even had plants in them, my wife just wanted the other color. (With attitude the entire time) The manager took me to the stocked shelf to compare condition after stating their items are in great shape - the others are dented and marked up worse than mine. I laughed my way out of that miserable place (with my money) to never return.

Great farm with very nice cultivated items. The selection was enormous with various plants and materials needed. Price point is expected for a nursery but not too far off your comparisons. Much better selection, imo.

What a great experience!!! I wish I could give them more stars! They really care about customer service and the safety of their staff and customers. You will be relieved that they do not allow fake ESAs. So many people have fake service dogs these days. It feels good to feel safe while shopping.
