Called pharmacy, was on hold for almost an hour so I finally hung up. We’re from out of state & needed after surgery prescriptions (which Drs office had already called in). Since the Walgreens pharmacy wasn’t answering their phone, we just drove there but was told it would be 45 minutes before prescriptions would be ready. We finally got everything but service was extremely slow… especially frustrating since my husband had just been released after surgery & we still had a 3 hour drive to get home.

Every time you call the policies change. When in reality it just depends on the mood of the person that answers if you are actually getting any assistance today.Why are you requiring people that are sick to be onsite in order to process an insurance inquiry. That should be done over the phone when you have all of the information in front of you.

Horrible customer servicePrice tag was not correct or multiple items were in the incorrect spot. And the employee at the counter had such an attitude towards us. And we were not even giving her an attitude. Plus the store has a nasty smell that doesn’t go away. We have made multiple trips to this location and it’s smell the same always.

Awful. I scheduled a TB test here, got here and the pharmacy and clinic were abandoned. I checked in, waited for around 20 minutes after my scheduled time and had to leave, as I was late for work by that point. No one to talk to, no way to ask questions, no acknowledgment.

Nothing to add that hasn't been said. Rude attendants, long waits, and plenty of issues trying to fill a prescription. CVS is about a mile down the road and there's an Osco right across the street. No idea why people still go here.

4/29/23: Advocate Med Center located on in Walgreens, location 1000 Main Street Downers Grove.The app reads they have an appointment on Saturday at 3:45 pm. On call nurse was rude and surly.

The worst pharmacy i ever have dealt and the most disrespectful pharmacist I have ever spoken to. I am disgusted by how condescendingly he spoke to me.

I’ve been there three separate times as they had the medication available and my local Walgreens in Glen Ellyn did not. I will say that this Walgreens is always a treat going to as it’s never really overwhelmingly packed and the service is awesome. I tried the delivery service for the first time just to see how it would go and it showed up the same day. I can’t ask for better than that. Great job!
