I see why all the low ratings due to rude & condescending lady named Lisa at the pharmacy counter. She said that the call was a reminder to order my prescription, but that didn't happen till 2 days after I called in my prescription with the number on my bottle to order when I had 2 pills left and was told it would be ready the next day; I didn't wait for the reminder call.Who ever is in charge there needs to have that lady retrained on customer service. Needless to say, with a CVS a few blocks away, I know where my prescription will be going from now on.

What is wrong with these people?? I tried to use a Good RX -type of discount, and the tech only wanted to charge full retail. She was completely unhelpful and refused to acknowledge that SHE didn't know how to enter the discount into her system. I went to Mariano's 10 minutes later and NO PROBLEM, happy to see you save money, mam. Such NICE folks at Mariano's, another difference from the Walgreens treatment

Local Walgreens always provides me friendly, helpful service... Even in the midst of the Covid pandemic! With few exceptions, supply chain has been more than satisfactory.

This Walgreens pharmacy is very slow and takes too long to fill a prescription , they only have one worker who rings up people.

They were the worst people ever. The pharmacy tech was the worst ever. I only came to the place for the booster shot. And the pharmacy tech was horrible and was so mean that I totally asked the woman to stop being so mean to me. I will never come here again

Just got a "refill" that was a joke. Two refills had a shortage of pills. One bottle had 2 pills and one had 1 pill when there should have been 90. However I was charged the full price. I have to find a new pharmacy.

I wish I can give this Pharmacy negative stars!By far THE WORST pharmacy I ever filled my prescription in!My kid got antibiotic prescribed. I went in the AM asked about the medicine. The pharmacyst "could not find ti". After 10 mins of going back and forth she finally found it. Then somehow she did not have my information. Then we do that and I waited for like 45 mins. No medicine. I go home to work and come back at PM to find out "they need my information in order to fill up my prescription"!WTH!Lines are huge,very rude people. I guess they did not feel like feeling another prescription on put mine on a side!Disguissting!I will never go back there!Avoid that place and get your medicine filled in some place else!Terrible!

I will never use this pharmacy again. I've tried several times, and there is always a problem. Today I tried to pick up my son's inhaler, and they claimed that they didn't have the prescription. I called the doctor who sent over another prescription and waited an hour to pick it up. When I was going to pick it up, suddenly they had two prescriptions. All of that waiting, for nothing. Then they did not have The mask attachment needed to use it, and neither did any other Walgreens in the area. I ended up having to go to CVS and pay out of pocket for this attachment. The pharmacist and the pharmacy tech were both very kind, but the issue is Walgreens pharmacy itself. I will never go back.

The pharmacy is the worst. Every time I come it takes forever and they always have to same issues with the computer. The staff is rude! You'd think they are paid extra to move slow and look miserable. I going elsewhere next time.

The line this afternoon was 10 people deep. When it was finally my turn I am told that my sons script isn’t it. I called yesterday and they told me that it would be ready today by 11. When asked why it isn’t in I got a very rude response from the worker. Telling me that the phone service probably doesn’t connect with there inventory sorry. Come back tomorrow. How about I just go to Costco tomorrow they are cheaper anyways.
