The pharmacist attitude is horrible she hung up on me thru the drive thru and told me go to a different location if I wasn’t happy with service. I feel like people in these positions need more compassion. I bet she is a thrill to work with (not)

Cannot get a hold of them on the phone. Was put on hold for 30 minutes so I drove to the pharmacy. They were not answering any calls. The people here just had the phone on it’s side ringing. Blatant disregard for people calling in. Absolutely no chance you will EVER get off of hold

This is the best walgreens you will ever go to. Amazing selection of products, amazing pharmacy, and most of all an amazing pharmacy tech named Cami. No other pharmacy tech even COMPARES to the outstanding, marvelous, beautiful girl that never fails to give me my herpes medication. Lots of love to you Cami, you deserve it.

I've been going to this Walgreens pharmacy for almost two years--I take a medication that I have to get on time every week, or I'll get so sick I can't work or get out of bed. You could say it's a priority, then, that this prescription is filled with no issues. Twice this pharmacy has said they didn't receive my prescription request or my doctor never sent it. My doctor has never been to blame. It's always been Walgreens, somehow unable to take responsibility for their mistakes. Is it the computers? Is it their system? Is it the pharmacy itself? Who knows! I never seem to get an answer as to why this happened, only that it happened, and now I have to handle it myself. It's caused me a lot of pain to be without my medication even for a few days. You'd think a pharmacy would want to prevent this at all costs, but they seem just fine with the way things are. The two stars is for the younger pharmacy techs here. They're really kind, and I always appreciate their service. It's also for the rest of the store, which I don't have any issues with. I'm sad to change Walgreens because of the pharmacy, as I really like this one. But I can't ignore the issue now that it's happened a second time. My advice: at this location, don't take it for granted your prescription will be filled with no issues unless you're handing it to them personally.

This review is specifically for the pharmacy. I'm very pleased with this place. The new pharmacy manager Jessica has really turned things around here. If you're still stuck in the past, I recommend you give this place another shot. If you're a loyal customer like me, then you already know what's up.

My husband was racially profiled in this store. When casually walking through the store, he was pin pointed out and asked if he needed help with anything loudly. Meanwhile others were walking around with confusion also and no one blinked an eye.

This location never fails to provide the WORST pharmacy experience imaginable. I've never waited less than 20 minutes to pick up a prescription. If you can avoid this store, do it.

The one star is only for the pharmacy The store is clean and enjoyable to shop there. The pharmacy is another matter so this rating only pertains to the pharmacy. I have lost count of the number of times I have run into problems with a prescription refill. I have had my online request disappear before pickup, prescription not filled completely, excuses of either my doctor not making the request or not providing complete information, my insurance wanting more information- not sure what to believe, given different excuses why the prescription is not complete, they ran out of my prescription, was missing a code for the prescription to go though - has occurred several times so I have advised them over the phone. In some of these instances I have had to call several times since the online information does not give enough information for the delay. My last refill was still not completed after a week - different excuses were given at different times. It does not do any good to be open for 24 hours if they cannot get the prescription correct..

Really horrible service at this pharmacy. Waited 45 mins for a simple prescription, had to prompt then to show them the pharmacist had filled the order and dropped it off in the bin.

Worst service ever. Always waiting. Never on time. Not always accurate. And they absolutely do not care that their service is poor. Pick a different pharmacy.

While it is conveniently located, the wait at the pharmacy is never less than 20 minutes, even when you've been notified by email or text that your prescription is ready. Not sure why this tremendously busy location is chronically understaffed in the pharmacy department? Otherwise, the place is clean and staff are friendly, but who has time to wait on line when you are sick?

This is a pretty standard Walgreens. The store is clean, and I have not had any issues here getting meds because they were out of stock. The pharmacist CJ and the staff are polite and courteous. They are also reasonably fast helping patients, though it does seem they could use at least one more person helping out. Thanks for being nice to customers, Walgreens staff! It's the worst when your are treated not well as a patient when you're already feeling crappy physically. Everything else about the store is fine- normal retail selection of cosmetics, cards, etc.
