Worst customer service, just wanted to upgrade my iPhone and I guess these people working for Verizon don’t need business. (Taking my 6 lines and Switching to T-Mobile.)Bryant the rep didn’t have a welcoming face and on top of that he said to a go find a different store when asked a question. On the level of customer service received from this managers standing doing nothing said that I have to wait 30 minutes before I can be helped. Sorry to say but one of those manager were really rude and needs to have a proper hygiene presentable , especially the nose.

UPDATE (12/23/23): Things got MUCH worse after I left my review. I found out that the person who made an order on my account didn't order a new device, but actually got a SIM card activated with my number. He did so with only a fake photo ID. No pins or passwords. He went down the street to one of the branches for my bank. The bank sent an authentication text message, which he was able to approve since he had my number, and he withdrew most of my money and drained my accounts. Since then I've been on the phone with Verizon many times. There have been two people that I've talked to that have been helpful. The woman who helped me reactivate my phone, and one other person who helped me confirm the order on my account was marked as fraudulent. Since the 20th I've been trying to reach the Regional Manager for this location. I've been on the phone with Verizon for hours, blind transferred to different departments several times, and no one can leave a message for the Regional Manager to call me back. If I call the store number I just get the Verizon call center who sends me in circles. I requested chat transcripts for the police report I filed and the rep told me I could just screenshot the chat, but the Verizon app doesn't allow screenshots on android. The rep continued to argue with me that ALL apps allow screenshots, which may be true on iPhone but not on Android. I called in to get transcripts and told it wasn't possible and that I would have to have my attorney go through their legal department to get them. I'm so fed up with Verizon, and upset that they can't take this situation seriously.ORIGINAL REVIEW (12/20/23): Someone was able to go into this store and order a new device from my account, even after I denied access to my account when it was requested. Not only that, but as soon as I received a text that someone was in queue at the store I immediately got on a chat with Verizon customer service who just told me to change my password. I changed my password. Less than two hours later my SIM card was deactivated and a new device was ordered on my account from this location. I can't go into this store because I live in Ohio and when I try to call the number I get forwarded to Verizons call center. I already spoke with a call center representative who was able to reactivate my SIM. Unfortunately now I have to file a police report.

Props to Adam, who was patient with us during Black Friday and helped to navigate us through all the problems! Even though there were hiccups with the system that took a lot of time, he was able to find a solution and achieve the desired result

Bryant was amazing at helping us!! We appreciate him so much. He was patient, friendly, and went above and beyond to help us get exactly what we needed. I would highly suggest working with him and going to this location.

Don’t not go into this store. We switched from T-Mobile and made the biggest mistake. We were lied to and Verizon keeps stealing my money. Every month I have sit on the phone with Verizon customer service that are no help and my bill keeps getting higher and higher. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this store and from Verizon. No one answers the calls and the manager never calls back thru customer service.

I don't want to be entirely negative with this review. At the initial point of service the store had somebody ready to help within minutes.That however is unfortunately where the positives of my visit end.Employees are either untrained or aren't plentiful enough to provide a confident service. I was left to wait for over 20 minutes and my sales rep seemed uncertain in his explanations.To further my frustrations I was told the device I was interested was out of stock when another couple had come in and managed to get two devices pulled from another sales rep.I left soon after feeling more confident acquiring a new device online rather than deal with this store again.

This is NOT the Verizon store you want to go to. The employees are not kind or respectful, especially to women. One employee tried to make me feel like an idiot when trying to set up a new phone with attitude and disrespect. Will never be going back here. Go to Glen Ellyn instead!

Workers were more interested in looking at their own phones doing who knows what than helping the customers. They were completely useless told me to call customer service.

I wish I could give Adam 5++++ stars. Extremely helpful in explaining to two senior citizens about the plans and options we had. Very knowledgeable about everything we asked. Very pleasant to talk with. This is a very good Verizon location as compared to some others. I will pass the word on about this Verizon store. Thank you Adam.

Worst Company to ever have. Bunch of scammers and liars. From supervisors to employees. They will tell you what you want to hear and leave you with no help once they scam you. Charged outrageous prices and lied every time. Had to jump through loopholes to speak to someone and always a different story. Don't be fooled by these clowns.

Do not ever go to this Verizon. They do not know what they are talking about. Verizon closed the best store they had in Downers Grove Illinois just to open a store filled no nothings. Been going to Verizon for two decades and they've always been helpful however this Verizon has shockingly bad customer service

Wow, worst experience in my life! Manager is a bully and called the police because I tried to gift a phone for an elderly woman to trade in as they told her that hers had no value. The manager hung up my associates phone as my first responder wife’s new phone was being activated and told me to leave. The police took 30 minutes to arrive and as he ran out the door, I hobbled behind him as I am handicapped. The first words out of his mouth were outright lies and thankfully the elderly woman stayed to confirm to the officer that I did not use profanity. I wanted to return the phone and was told I could not do so there and had to leave. Wow, how’s that for trying to be nice. I ended up at the corporate store in Naperville where they took the return and assured me that our phones are going to be fine. That was Friday. Monday, somehow, Verizon turned off our Xfinity phones. Again, back to the stores. Xfinity assured me last night after sitting in the store for 4 hours while they were on the phone with Verizon that my wife’s phone will work but after they close. Today, wife’s phone still not working. Verizon will not release her number.All of this to gift my wife a well deserved phone and a stranger. This world has really changed for the worse and treatment like this should not be condoned nor their business be visited. I strongly suggest that if you have Verizon needs, go the corporate store in Naperville, they are competent and kind. Merry Christmas, where’s my Tylenol!!!!!!!

A special recognition for Alexander Ruiz. He reviewed my current (old) plan and put me on a new plan that reduces my monthly payment. Later, I returned to Verizon because my new iPhone wouldn’t let me text Android users. Weird. Adam and Will looked at the iPhone for an hour and were able to fix the problem. ?
