If zero stars was an option they would get zero. 3 times now my account has been flagged as fraud for making payments to family members. Nothing even remotely fraud like. Not one time was US bank able to fix the situation in a timely manner. They don't have any customer service, why do they even bother answering the phone.

Michael fedderson was super helpful, efficient and nice! Pleasure working with him. I'd go to the branch he's at just to deal with someone with his sort of great demeanor

I used the drive up to this Bank and the teller said she would be back in a minute after I sat there for 3 minutes. It was 10 minutes to wait for her to come back and take care of me at the drive up. Very slow service and this location was closed for many months which was not helpful to customers. Thinking of finding a new bank in 2023.

They constantly use the window in front of the ATM so the ATM really gets backed up. They should have a dedicated ATM line

Terrible customer service and cracker box response from branch manager Dan. Went in a couple of weeks ago to make a withdrawal. Got talked into applying for another US Bank credit card under their promotional no interest for 18 months. The woman said it would save me so much interest a month. So I did only to find out you cannot transfer a balance from one USBank cc to another. Seriously, she didn’t know that?! I have no fewer than 8 family accounts there and have been a customer for 30 yrs. Response of “I’m sorry. That’s unacceptable,” is what I got. Seriously that’s all the Branch Manager has to say?” So yeah I was a little short with him then and he actually took a tone with me, “Well, You Asked Me, to call you back.” Using the ATM only when I have to, is about all I’d ever do there again.

The black teller/ cashier lady is very rude. Everytime i go she has an attitude. She always says they dont have enough money for singles or any change i may need. She is sneaky and very unprofessional. Whe. There are other bankers around she always has change but if they are not she apparently does not. I am closing all of my accounts and going to chase. I never have a problem with them. I just recently opened a savings account with Chase and i go there to get change when i need it, i never have a problem. The

Slowest service. Plan on being here 15 -20 minutes for simple deposit. Doesn't matter weather it's lobby or drive-up.

My fiance just moved here from Tennessee, opened a new account with a corporate paycheck, & this Branch Manager chose not to help her. A hold was placed on the $800 paycheck & she was asking for $100 to be released as living expenses. After going to this Branch in person & explaining her situation the Manger refused to help. I had same exact situation happen when I moved here about 5 months ago & CHASE helped me so go there with any of your assets. Zero common sense working at this bank.
