I purchased a vehicle from Ultimate Motor Cars in June of 2024 and was lied to and deceived. I flew in from the East Coast for this vehicle and should have just went back to the airport and flew home. I was told that the car was not smoked in, which was false. As soon as you entered the car you smelled the masked smell of cigarette smoke. There were/are burn holes from cigarette ash on the driver seat. After I drove it to a relatives house where I was staying at, I realized that there was a small crack in the windshield. No objects from the short drive to the house hit the windshield, so this crack was there upon the sale of the vehicle. Also, the vehicle locks where re-keyed and the aftermarket remote that came with it, was missing the blade key to access the vehicle incase the batteries in the remote stopped working. I called them and spoke to Dominic, whom sold me the vehicle and he acted so surprised about the vehicle being smoked in, when he was the one that supposedly went and checked it for me and stated it was not smoked in. I mentioned about windshield crack and he tried playing it off that it could have happened on the way home and I assured him it didn't. I asked to be reimbursed $75 for what I paid to get it repaired and said that's the least they could do, since I was lied to about the vehicle being smoked in. He said he's look into it and I never heard back, despite several phone calls. Also, he kept giving me the run around about the getting a blade key replacement. They didn't want to pay Nissan to do it, as it was too expensive and wanted me to find a locksmith. I spoke with several locksmiths and even took the car to one, but they were unable to do it, as they needed a mechanic to take apart the door in order to re-key it. This would have costed the same as taking it to Nissan to have it done. I called and let Dominic know and he once again said he'd look into it and would call me back. Never happened. PLEASE DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE! STAY FAR WAY!

This place is extremely unprofessional. Wouldn’t suggest giving them a down payment unless you’re 100% sure you want a rusty pos. Anthony told us the down payment was 100% refundable then proceeded to cuss us out and hang up on us when we asked for the money back. 0\10 stars. Do better Anthony, as a person.

We bought a used 2009 Toyota Camry with 41008 miles. It was the worst car buying experience of my life. They’d told us this Camry came with 41,000 ORIGINAL Miles and everything was in good working order. They also told us that it had no accidents and nothing was wrong with it. We discovered that it had been in a “minor” accident and when we brought it up to them they told us that they had missed it when they were going though the paperwork. We asked if they could come down a bit on the price since $17,868.80 for a 2009 Camry was a lot, but they said it was competitively priced and it will sell fast if we don’t buy it. When we were going to sign the paper work we were rushed though it all and told to “just go ahead and sign we close soon”, We were told it came with a 14 day warranty that covered anything from the engine to transmission. When we tired to claim that warranty they’d told us that it’s not worth fixing it’s a minor issue and it won’t do anything but make a noise. Unfortunately we believed them and continued on. The noise progressively had gotten worse throughout the next months and it had gotten so loud we decided to take it to a different mechanic. The mechanic told us that we would need a flex plate and that it appeared to be bad for a while. We took it to Hagen’s Automotive and requested that they give us a second opinion. Shockingly we discovered that not only was the Flex plate cracked in multiple places, the engine had been replaced with a JUNKYARD MOTOR. The second we found this out we asked them why this wasn’t disclosed at the time of sale and they simply said “It doesn’t need to be as long as the mileage on the odometer is correct” I had called and asked if they could remedy this situation for at least the flex plate since we’d asked them previously to take a look at the issue and fix it. Again the answer I got was “you can’t prove we told you it was something minor”. I wouldn’t recommend buying from them. Below I added pictures of the flex plate looked like. The paint markings are from a junkyard and were not added. Thanks again Ultimate Motor cars!

Bought my second car from this dealer. Easy to work with salesman no hassle pricing. And very fair deals. The owner is always there and makes good decisions to get the sale done. He is very personable and runs a good buisness. They sold me my dream car today. Go see them for a new ride.

Terrible place to get a used car. Got a car there, and it had issues the minute I got home. Engine light was one. Two weeks later another issue came up. They don't check or care about the cars they sell you. Wouldn't risk coming here.

Was told by Dominic the car had no problems. Axle under car almost completely rusted out large scrapes, and dents on the passenger side windshield wipers not working clutch not working correctly. No horn driver side window would not go down broken handle latch to the engine broken this place is a rip off do not buy from them,

The only thing "ultimate" about this place is how they scam people. I walked into the dealership and paid cash for a car. Didn't even haggle a lot or for too long. Entire deal finished in less than an hour. And they still decide to scam. They're cowards who sell faulty vehicles. Turns out the cars head gasket was bad. Which is a minimum
two thousand dollar repair. Coolant was filled before I arrived so I wouldn't be able to tell. Such cowardly behavior. Two days later, the cars engine starts to violently rattle when the car starts and coolant was disappearing entirely. I showed the car to four different experienced mechanics, and they all said the dealer clearly scammed me as head gasket issue is not something that happens all of a sudden and is something that the dealer is well aware of because the engine starts to rattle couple weeks prior to the issue. When I called, I spoke nicely even though they deserved the complete opposite. They obviously denied to repair anything. Read the other reviews and many say the same exact thing. Car was purchased, couple days later it broke, and service was denied. These seems to be a common story here. The five start reviews are clearly paid for with the scam money they are making. The effort that you spend scamming people, maybe try to put that same effort in going to school or learning how to be a decent person and learn some actual skills where you can make money the fair way. Shame on you. I hundred percent recommend anyone to never go here unless you would like to be scammed.

BE CAREFUL BUYING FROM THEM! I bought a ford f 350 from them paid cash on the spot and Dominic the sales guy said sure il take 10k but I want it gone today and it all made since why the bed of the truck was completely rusted off and tied down with wires and balances (leveled) with5 pound curling dumbbells which I’m no mechanic and these people inspect all there vehicles to ensure the safety for potential customers but not ultimate motors in fact I found out by putting my stuff in the bed and the bed came ALL the way up and I got freaked out run to get Dominic and he says oh man that sucks maybe you find someone to weld it and then asked him if he could possibly help me he said sure and haven’t heard from them since march it’s now November. I would put less than one star if it would let me by the way, but it won’t let me post.

I had an exceptional experience at Ultimate Motor Cars. Tom, the salesman, was not only friendly and welcoming but he also keep a relaxed atmosphere throughout the process. There were no "hidden" fees of any kind. The 2012 GMC Yukon SUV I purchased met all my expectations. What truly impressed me was the absence of any sales pressure; it made my decision stress-free. Post-purchase, my mechanic confirmed the vehicle's perfect condition. I couldn't be happier with my purchase from Ultimate Motor Cars, and I wholeheartedly recommend them for a seamless and trustworthy car-buying experience.
