This bootcamp is hands down the best work out facility. I joined in 2014 but, because they only had late classes I ended up cancelling. For almost 2 years I bounced around from place to place looking for a good place but, they were all the same! they charged so much and the workouts where not challenging enough for me. Sometimes I was in better shape than the trainers!!!!! I got tired of searching for what I already had at Total Energy Fitness and decided to just bite the bullet and take the late classes. I have been back for about 5 months and my running has gotten so much better!!!! I even set a new marathon PR.

Honestly anyone who is serious about getting strong, fast, fit, and healthy needs to try this boot camp. It is VERY challenging, the trainers are always making sure you push yourself to your limit but they are always nice. Plus now they have earlier classes!!!

Total Energy Fitness Bootcamp is the place to go if you want a different workout every time. Be prepared to work hard but the results are worth it!
