Of all the stores we visited on Topps baseball card day, including the BBK Plainfield store, this was the only store we did not make a purchase at. As we let our 12 year old daughter and 15 year old son select some packs of cards the gentleman at the counter was describing the lengths folks go to for determining if a relic card is in the package and said “you can feel the sides”. being 15, the only words my son heard were “you can feel the sides”. As soon as my son moved his fingers to the side of the pack the gentleman at the counter snapped at him that those would be the packs he would be purchasing. We have frequented this location for years and are used to the less than friendly staff but this was a new aggressiveness that should be left out of a business that should be looking to teach and encourage a younger generation. Highly recommend visiting their other store in Plainfield or the Sports Card Zone in Shorewood. They’re a further drive for us but it’s worth it for the excellent service.

My son won a package for their pack wars event. It was one of the best nights that my son and I have shared together. The staff is amazing and we will be attending their events regularly. Great place and it’s earned our business.

This store has everything you could ever need in regard to card supplies! Very good prices! Didn’t have a whole bunch of Pokémon singles, but they did have a bunch of sealed sports stuff, yugioh, mtg, and pokemon!

I have visited this place twice to purchase a booster box. Each time they picked a booster box for me - I pulled the rarest card in the set. They are super friendly give you enough space to pursue their items and helpful and knowledgeable enough should you seek it. Highly recommend for anyone!

Place is a rip off and scam artists. My son wanted to stop and buy cards while driving with my wife. They decided to go in this place. My wife knows nothing about this stuff and I am the one usually that will take him. Make a long story short. This place will price gouge anyone that doesn’t have a clue. Not to mention their prices are triple for single packs of any other hobby shop within 10 miles of this place are! Stay away. They charge 15.00 for a 5.00 pack of cards! And they weren’t even from a hobby box or specialty box! Strait retail garbage!

Prices a tad higher than other lcs and small selection on certain types of card. Great shop otherwise. Get all your sleeve and top loader needs filled here.

Not good with kids at all. Hobby product is stocked. Pricey, but well-stocked. Singles are not managed too well.

This is basically a place to buy boxes that are somewhat overpriced compared to online stores. They have a few cases with singles, but they don't appear to spend much effort stocking these. The few dollar boxes they have are unorganized and totally picked over. I don't think I saw any 2021 or 2022 football cards in them.

Unfortunately we had an awful experience. The worker yelled at my children, there’s a way to talk to children and yelling at them is not productive. Was shocked. We went to marks sports card shop in Downers grove and it was 5 stars. The guy there was so nice to the kids and friendly- go to marks will never ever go here again

Pokemon cards here are marked up anywhere from +$20 to x3 times the MSRP price. Individual packs are $5. Very expensive.
