I have been going to Sudsational for years, because they are the only ones I trust with my vehicle. The service is excellent and the owner and employees are competent and friendly. They also have a customer friendly waiting room. Highly recommended!Helen

i wouldn't recommend this place if you're looking to get a deep clean of the car or even detailed. they lack attention to detail and are lazy. there were clearly visible spots on my car inside and out and they fail to wipe or clean it....

If you want to avoid dents in your vehicle don't bring it here they charge a good penny and they do a half a** job . I will no longer bring my suv here.

As a chauffer owner operator my vehicle has to be above presentable. Save your time & money - I've been to every hand car wash in Cook, DuPage, and Will County over the last two years and Sudsational Hand Car Wash of Downers Grove is the real deal. Attention to detail and products used are what sets them apart from the competition.

They do a decent job washing, However they seem to think it’s Ok to wash all the car dealers lot cars before the waiting wash customers. I Waited over an hour while they washed car after car from a dealers inventory while half dozen drive up customers just wait in the sweltering heat of the day. There has to be a better way, I saw several customers get disgusted and just drive off.
