Sadly I just had a horrible experience. Not sure what the staff person was going through at the Sephora at Kohls but she was extremely rude. I guess it started with me disagreeing with the shade of concealer but i stuck to my choice. I picked up a few more things and i had the same person at check out. I asked her one more question and she had to look for the item. Item was sold out. Things still going ok. Then she asked for my email for the reward points. I said it was under my phone number. Then she raisied her voice about this not being a stand alone store and it had to be under the email address. Not sure if she took my disappointment as an attitude but then she got louder and repeated her statement. I said let me step to the side so i can figure it out and that she could take the next person. But before i could get my sentence out he talked over me. Once she stopped i explaned what i was doing then she repeated herself AND put her hand up to signal me to either stop talking or talk to the hand not sure which one but either way it was rude. I decided not to argue. I do not argue with people to spend my money with them so I walked out. It was extremely embarrassing. I just wanted to get a few new items. Sadly I will probably NEVER go to a Sephora/Kohls especially this one
