I had a positive experience with my purchase of a used vehicle at this dealer, so I expected the same for my first service appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. Unfortunately, that turned out not to be the case. The quoted price when I signed the estimate ($99.00) was considerably lower than the final bill ($125.00). And I was never given any update about the higher cost that resulted from the "taxes and fees" that were conveniently attached. This is my second consecutive time experiencing this "bait and switch" at a local Hyundai dealer. I don't plan on making that mistake again.

Dustin helped me when I was very upset about my engine failure in my Hyundai. He called me up and said I would be getting a new engine due to a recall. I was loaned a vehicle until it was installed.

When I purchased my Ioniq 6, one of the perks of purchasing it from Hyundai is that I can charge at any Hyundai dealership at no cost. This last time all three available charging spots were taken by non-EV dealership cars, the first charger didn’t work, then an employee told me that I’m not allowed to charge at their location because I didn’t buy my Ioniq from them, and that they don’t care which brand my car is or whether I bought it from their employer. I love my Ioniq 6, but the last couple experiences I’ve had at the Castle Downers Grove location has left me sour on the Hyundai brand.

If you're in a service industry don't have any news channel on the TV in your waiting area. Be neutral. My opinion of your dealership went down the toilet.

Most definitely recommend the castle location for your vehicle to get serviced
