I applied for residency at this complex once (1 time). They never called regarding my application, but they did call me multiple times attributing my phone number to a current resident. They would call and ask for for some unknown name, I told them they had the wrong number. Months later, I still receive automated text messages from them saying that my “voicemail concern was opened/resolved by [insert name]” or that my “heating & cooling request was opened by [insert name].” I’m disappointed that I’m receiving spam from a unit I don’t that live at, but I’m also concerned for the actual resident whose concerns are not being properly communicated because they have a wrong number.

The Manager and staff are wonderful and understanding the place is very clean ,good security ,Maintenance always on time , a lovely place to live , thanks to all staff for making us feel like home , god bless prentiss creek’s apartment….and staff

My move in experience was great! Paige and all of the other office staff were very helpful. Upon move in there were a few minor things wrong; no shower drain , my closet light doesn’t work. I have a 1 bedroom on the third floor and there is only an A/C unit in the living room, so my bedroom gets really hot. You will have to buy your own A/C unit for your room! Otherwise, the building is nice and quiet, no weird smells, no bugs. Overall, I would recommend Prentiss for a nice affordable place!

The staff are useless, management doesn’t want to help. Being told “ I have more important things to do before I look at the cameras to what happened with your package” by the manager is absolutely absurd. They choose to do what they want rather than be helpful to the residents in their community. Time and time again my experiences with the staff has gotten worse and you learn to realize that none of them want to help. They pass you from person to person and you continue to never receive help.

This place is horrible!! Be careful when they are showing you apartments and telling you that you are getting an upgraded unit because the unit they showed me and what I actually moved into were totally different. My cabinets in my kitchen had been painted over so many times that they were sticky to the touch. I had a water leak in my bedroom. Their solution was to come in and put plastic on my walls with a kitty litter bucket. This remained in my bedroom for four weeks before they even started to repair the damage. Once I moved out, they of course kept my security deposit and then sent a bill to a collection agency requesting another $400 to change out the carpet that was poorly installed. I did not feel safe and comfortable, but had a little options considering I needed to stay in a certain school district. Please do yourself a favor and look elsewhere if you are not restricted as I was.

This place is a straight rip off! They take ppls money. If you apply here make sure they don’t take your money first because they will definitely deny you. I get paid more than three times the rent and because I was in a program who was going to help, they denied me! This place is a joke

The young African-America woman in the office is spectacular, lovely, nice, smart, always receptive, always happy to answer questions. Some company will steal her some day for her customer service qualities. The condition of the apartment itself was a bit sub-par....obviously painted over many times and wood-like veneer flooring not installed properly. But maintenance people were also awesome... they fixed outside front door lock asap when asked, fixed inside door jamb issue.... top notch. And for the price, not a bad place at all.
