I just left PNC on lemont road. I must say I got the best treatment ever from Sheila. I am thinking the people that criticize her is out of jealousy. She's a beautiful woman and people get intimidated.
She couldn't be nicer. Thank you Sheila.

I always go to the bank withdrawal money from my account, inside no more tellers. Told me go to ATM machine and you can pull out money. Ridiculous inside was 4 ladies seat and talk with each other but no tellers inside. Why the bank still open if dosent help costumer soon we will robots too help us.

I used really like this location. Now there are no Bankers. You have to use an ATM only if you want to Withdrawal or Deposit. With Withdrawals you can no longer select the denomination of bills. Seems like they have 6 or so people working inside too.

Extremely Unprofessional and Incompetent Service from SheilaI recently had the displeasure of dealing with Sheila at this bank and I must say that I am thoroughly disappointed with the level of service I received. Sheila's unprofessionalism and apparent lack of competence left me frustrated and dissatisfied.Upon arriving at the bank, I provided Sheila with two forms of identification as requested. To my surprise, she seemed completely clueless and unable to locate my account. This was highly perplexing and frustrating, as I have never encountered such an issue at any other PNC or any other bank I have visited.Sheila's behavior and attitude throughout the entire interaction were unacceptable. Instead of trying to resolve the issue in a professional manner, she seemed disinterested and unhelpful. Her lack of knowledge and inability to efficiently navigate the system was evident, and it made me question her qualifications for the job.Customer service is a vital aspect of any banking institution, and it is regrettable that Sheila failed to meet even the most basic standards. Her unprofessionalism not only wasted my time but also left me feeling undervalued and unimportant as a customer.Based on my experience with Sheila, I cannot in good conscience recommend her or the branch she represents. In fact, I would strongly advise anyone seeking professional and efficient service to avoid this particular branch altogether.

I’d give zero stars if possible. This is not a bank. It associated to a bank it has no cash and almost no solutions. I recommend going to an actual bank somewhere else.

No tellers anymore and they push you to the ATM in the lobby they say you can’t wait in line. For privacy reasons. Very unprofessional

Banker who looks like a female asian ，Everyone must be careful of this person, engage in the service industry, bring personal likes and dislikes at work, which is very unprofessional! Google's review is already so bad, and it can be worse because she is worse.

The branch manager is great. However the customer service stops there. They must have some pretty large corporations as clients because as a small business owner they really fall short on any customer service. They never return calls and employees say they are in the office but nobody ever get's back to you. It's been over a month I called four times to one department no response. Months of hassles and missing employees in other areas. I can go on and on but I have better things to do. Over all I would say this bank doesn't care about their customers. Don't bother ordering checks, it will be a waste of your time and money. There are better choices available, take your time and look around some.

I think Dan the manager is great but besides him I really had bad experiences with their customer service. Reason being is there is none. All I can say is they gave me the run around and that's it. Sad At some point you just have to go elsewhere because they are non existent for any issues that arise. They must have huge corporate accounts because they don't care about the small business owner at all. Over promise and underdeliver.

Dan the manager is great! Had a question about an SBA loan and he told me he would look into it and call me back the next at around 10 am and guess what he did! He answered all my questions too.
