I have had dogs all my life. I have been with them to many different vets. This is the first time with my new puppy to a petiq vet. This staff is GREAT!

I have been a loyal Petco customer for 7 years now, and unfortunately encountered some sub-par customer service today. I ordered a bag of Merrick dog food in Jan-2023 that was expired and infested with bugs. I received a refund, which obviously is the absolute bare minimum that should be considered from a customer service perspective for a bag full of infested bugs. I was still left with the problem of going back out to purchase another bag from a physical location since I had to feed my dogs, so my expectation was to receive a heavily discounted/complimentary bag for the inconvenience. That doesn't sound unreasonable to me, and that small gesture would retain me as a repeat customer for years to come. The store manager finally offered a 10% discount, which is better than nothing, however I was disappointed at how it was handled and how she would not even look me in the eyes to communicate. I have reached out to corporate to see what can be done, if anything and will provide updates in the near future on the outcome. Many thanks to the cashier, Sarah for her assistance. The manager, in my opinion, could use additional training and improve on some basic soft skills in interacting with customers. Best, Charlie

I had an absolutely amazing experience at this PetCo. I have come here for years for my hamster and dogs, but recently decided to add a kitten to my home. I was picking out some things for my kitten and there was an amazing employee! I regret not getting her name, but she's a shorter girl with dark hair and glasses. She knew absolutely everything about cats and kittens and gave me amazing advice. She also gave me plenty of online resources to educate myself further. She went above and beyond what her job calls for and gave me a fantastic experience. I really appreciate that she cared so much about my kitten and cared that I was aware of things to provide him a healthy and happy life.

Great experience with Vetco today! The workers are volunteer but treated my cat extremely well and the shots were painless for her.

Had a grooming appointment at 8:45am, I was let in because the girl was running 10 mins late, a couple minutes later I get told that she won't be arriving until 9:30am or later. It's very upsetting because it was a 30min drive from me and its just unprofessional to have apologized available in the day if they're not going to be completed at that time.

We took our Golden Doodle in for grooming. We were shocked when we picked her up. She had been shaved very closely, which was not the way we keep her. It is uneven with some areas shorter than others. The groomer shaved her so close that one of her paw pads was nicked. It bleeds every time she walks on pavement. Now we have to watch out for infection on top of waiting 6 or more weeks for this terrible cut to grow out. Never again!

After driving 40 minutes to get to a grooming appointment they won't take him. Waste of time and waste of gas. I've never been to a business that is so complacent. They should go over any restrictions while making the appointment. It would save everyone's time.

You can only book appointment online.went to get my hairy child ear infection checked. And ended up leaving. Because the VeT hasn’t arrived. & charging too much.Walk-out the building.. and realize ?! DYI Is better.Otherwise, we could had been spending too much. Thank you for Reading.

Will not shop here. While here with a friend purchasing items for her new puppy, we were helped by Susan. We were talking about dog training, and when I had mentioned I never put my pomeranian through training and how he is a bit spoiled, she had asked his breed and age, then responded "...put him down" I believe someone who supposedly loves animals should never make comments such as this.

We had our Persian cat groomed by Amanda and she did a great job! We weren't sure if our cat would allow her to shave him but Amanda was quick and efficient and had the right calming touch to get the job done with no problems. Our kitty even got a nice bath. So happy we came here and we'll be back next time our kitty needs his hair cut!

We were going to take our Golden-doodle, then the pandemic hit & they were closed for 2 months. Our dog had gotten a lot of knots by then & we knew that they would have to shave most of his hair off. Well, they shaved him alright! He had razor burns all over! Some so severe that we had to put ointment & get a cone for him so he wouldn't make them worse. That wasn't the bad part. When we got home he was so traumatized he ran upstairs and laid in his bed & wouldn't come out. He's a puppy loves to run & play but since we got him home all he does is mope around & sleep! It's been 4 days now & he's still not the same but getting better. I don't know what she did to him & it's probably better that I don't!
