This company has to go back to the basics.Be able to recognize a phone.Learn to hear a phone ringing.Master the art of answering the phone.Seriously, all of the dial options for this place just hang up on you (customer service, grooming, etc).

They actually called me to fit my dog in their schedule early because someone canceled an appointment. They were very helpful and had some great supplies.

If you are in need of a cat groomer (specifically nails), this is the place to go. Have to call for an appointment but incredible work.

The lady working helped me utilize all the coupons and deals that I could and happily Brought my pickup purchases to the front of the store to ring me up. She was very helpful and cared about making sure I got all the best deals.

I went the shop and want to buy a hamster. When I standing in front of the small animal section, there is nobody come and help. I walk to the counter and ask for help, a lady seems not happy with my call, she walked and talk to me with an impatient face : what you need. I said I want to see the hamster, I am willing to buy one home. She opened the cage, then do nothing . I am so surprised, I never see an employee like that. I asked: can I take a look the little guy. She told me: I hate the rat so I don't really want to touch it. (OMG) , the end, she grab a box and put it in and hand it to me. I try grab the hamster out, but the hamster jump out the box fell on the ground. The lady was yelling at me:GOD DAMN IT , you let it runaway ( wow-what a great service) i never meet an employees say that to a customer. After I put the hamster in the box, she keeps yelling ( I can't sell it to you today, I have to get the hamster a therapy before I put it back to the cage) I was like: what? I never heard that before. By the way, when I pick up the hamster from the floor, I hit my head to the glass cage, and she keeps yelling me without any comfort word. I walk out the store with really bad disappointment. That's the worse customer service ever. I called and leave my number for the store, I hope the store manager call me back and solve my problem. I feel so bad for the lady, if she doesn't like the animal, why she work at a pet shop? So shame on her.

Multiple employees assisted me when I showed up without my contacts. They even helped load my cart up with my wife on the phone being very picky with brand of cat/dog food! Respectful and kind with a caring atmosphere. Love this place.

Amanda is always doing a great job grooming my dogs! We have been going to her for almost 2 1/2 years now, they always come home looking so fresh and clean.

Second time the groomers have called to cancel appointment with 2 hours notice. They request customers to give a 48 hour cancellation notice but don't give the same courtesy. Rather rude when I called them back.

The store is asking their customers to pay 10 cents for the cheap regular plastic bags. If you do care about the planet wellness and environment then stop selling tons of plastic from your store, and use paper or recycled bags. Taking advantage of your customers by additionally charging them for the regular bags at the register not a good idea ?
